Do Bleaching My Hair Again Will Help Getting The Orange Out

How long should I wait before bleaching my hair again?

Since I have no idea the condition of your hair, I can't answer that exactly. Technically, you can bleach your hair more than once in a day. It's not something I would really recommend to someone doing their hair at home. Only because I would feel terrible if they fried their hair and it became mushy or broke off.If you're just going to do this at home, and I can't talk you into seeing your stylist, please be careful. Watch your hair. Don't just throw in the bleach and watch an episode of Bob’s Burgers. After the initial bleach, wash and condition the hair. Towel dry it gently, don't rub the towel all over the hair, wrap the towel around the hair and squeeze. You don't want to stress the hair more. Examine the color and the integrity of your orange-blonde color. Is it light enough that hair color will be able to do the rest? If yes, do that.Side note: maybe don't just buy a box color. Go to your local beauty supply and have them help you pick out a color and developer. Box color tends to have the strongest level developer and you most likely won't need that.If you will need to bleach again, you must pay attention to your hair. You don't want to end up with cotton candy mush for hair. Hopefully one application of bleach will be enough though. The less stress you put on your hair the better it will be.

My hair is orange right now... Could I bleach it again with better results?

2 hours? sorry hunny anything over 60 minutes isn't going to dye your hair anymore. its just going to cause more damage! After 60 minutes the hair product no longer works. Wait at least 3 days before you bleach again! 7 days is best wait. But in that time DO NOT shampoo your hair! just Condition Condition and Condition!

Store bought (box brand) aren't that great for bleaching hair. i learned the hard way! I ended up finding a Sally Beauty Supply store and bought 30 volume developer and a lightening powder. Which now my hair is yellow. but i did have orange hair on the 2nd bleaching from black to blonde. (i'm glad it looked good on me!)

Please look for a Sally beauty Supply. You can go on their website to see if there is one near you! I was impressed that there was one only an hour from me. They will help you without you destroying your hair with box products!!

Heres a tip NEVER leave hair dye on more then 60 minutes its pointless, not going to do much more other then destroy your hair.

to get rid of brass/yellow/orange:
-Volume Developer + Toner
-Purple/Blue colored shampoo (squeeze a bit out and you will see blue or purple color)use only once a week or every 3 shampoos.

Then you need a reconstructing product, deep conditioning..ect your hair is very fragile now

I Bleached my hair an ugly orange blonde HELP?

go to a good salon and have them do treatments on your hair and get it dyed darker. dont bleach again it will make your hair weak, really weak.

How do you fix bleached hair gone orange?

First, condition your hair really, really well for some period, because the bleaching is the most destructive to hair cuticle, other than permanents, on the planet.  Then get a de-brassing rinse.  It's essentially a purple that will counteract the orange by making it back to more of a brown.  Will you stay platinum blonde?  Probably not.  That's an ongoing problem with someone with darker hair wanting to lighten it more than a few shades.  Not only do you end up orange often, but roots show in like 2 seconds.

If you bleach your hair and it turned orange will blonde hair dye cover it ?

Don't bleach it anymore because you're hair is probably super damaged now..you could probably try a toner and use shimmer lights purple shampoo because those are designed to get rid of orange tones..but you're best bet is to do like a brown and do coconut oil treatments to repair your hair..if that doesn't help go to a professional hair dresser and she will help you get back to your natural color it will just take some time and money.. hope I helped! :)

Help! how to fix yellow orange hair from bad bleach job?

Ok last night i tried to dye my hair from a light brown with blonde highlights to a light blonde. It came out really yellow with some orange in it. I need to fix it asap but cannot afford to get it done at a salon what should i do???

How do I cancel out the orange tones in my bleached hair? Also, how do I get ash blonde hair after I get the orange tone canceled out?

If you're orange after you've bleached, you've not gotten far enough up on the scale to ash it out. You need to re-lighten your hair and then tone it. And if any of this is confusing then my very best suggestion is to visit a colorist who specializes in blondes.Otherwise, you can try Fanola ‘No Yellow’ shampoo on your hair and see if that works. It's not your typical “purple” shampoo. It will kill brass really fast.Depending on what level your blonde is (I'd guess about an 8, if it's truly orange), then you’d need to mix equal parts 8 N blue and 9 N violet demi and have someone watch it for you. It'll grab crazy quick. If that last part was confusing, see a professional. You're out of your element. And if it wasn't, PM me and send me pics and I'll walk you through it.

Why has my hair gotten orange tones after using 20 volume bleach? What can I do to go blonde?

You have used a low volume developer which only lifts one level. When bleaching, I usually use a 30–40 volume developer with the bleach powder.Hair goes through several levels to get from brown to blonde. One bleach treatment, using a low volume developer, will only lift 1–2 levels. If you are in the brown tones, this is completely normal. This treatment took your hair ass far as it could. You need to do a second bleach treatment to take your hair down another 2–3 levels. You will go from orange, to lightest copper to yellows then blondes.I would recommend that you use a 30, not 40, because you already have one process done.Do not use purple on your hair to help distract from the orange. I read a comment that asked if that's ok to do. You would have to then remove that colour and it's getting into to many processes for your hair to stay in good health.
