Upto Boruto movie with the 7 minutes of the movie you get a clip of Naruto doing errands and Sakura sees him on the run and gives a look of nostalgia over something .. While people will say it was nothing.. there should not be a scene shown Sakura doing that in the first place. Yet there is.Until regrets are start to show in the current events is hard to know or say if she still have feelings for him..Naruto and Sakura never had a real heart to heart talk about feelings. The scenes in the last movie that was suppose to be their heart to heart was more Sakura trying to convince her self that Naruto had no feelings for her and he should be with Hinata yet he stayed silent the whole time.. So pretty much the explanation as to Naruto loving Sakura over a rivalry are ideas in Sakura’s understanding which Naruto never corrected since he never spoke or agreed on her responses..

this is a never ending struggle , even if the manga ended the question will remain unanswered because kishimoto ( the mangaka ) declared that at the very end there will be no couple pairing what so ever and if there will be it will be sasuke X Naruto ( not in a Yaoi sense but more of a death and life deal ) Sakura still likes Sasuke even though he tried to kill her , naruto likes Sakura but knows that she's still in love with sasuke , Sakura loves naruto but more as a friend she never looked at him that way even though she tried to convince herself . besides honestly i don't think anyone should really care about the romance because naruto's story is more about friendship and becoming stronger ...etc

I believe Naruto had romantic feelings for Sakura, but I don't believe it ever reached the point of love. A little less than halfway into shippuden, their relationship developed into a brother/sister bond. They care deeply for each other, but it is not romantic.

He really does love her. He has gone as far as going after Sasuke for her, has tortured himself to become stronger to bring Sasuke for her. He knows that Sakura loves Sasuke, and for his love towards her, he wants her to be happy and is doing everything to bring back Sasuke more for Sakura than for himself and Sasuke. I'd prefer Naruto to go with Hinata, since Sakura looks better with Sasuke. Plus no one has understood Naruto better than Hinata, as she has seen the pain he's gone through and has understood as well as she can somewhat relate to it.

Well I saw the Pain fight and after Hinata said her ninja way he looked shocked and he had four tails right after she was struck down by Pain. Then he rejects Sakura after she tries to convince him that she loves him I am confused.
