How to heal a severe sunburn on the back of legs?

this is prolly too late but i have to get the word out about how doctors that specialise in burn treatment actually recommend you treat burns.

so to sum up - only cold water, 20 minutes worth (better it is applied within an hour or burning) -never ice - no oils - no hot water - (further damage)

nothing organic (milk, butter or anything) (infection risk)

no sunscreen - doesn't help thus it makes it worse - many potential irritants

nothing acidic (vinegar, lemons, tomatoes etc) (damage)

no creams either most of the time water is better anyway plus if you have opened the container you shouldn't use it again (infection risk)

blisters equals partial thickness burn (second degree) which means you should prolly see a burns doctor (as for a consult/referral)

if there are blisters in the burn - cold water 20 minutes then cover with cling wrap (this will simulate a protective layer of skin and it is very clean off the roll) then off to hospital with a burns unit! you might not need to be admitted but someone will come see you! (should)

moisturise your skin and seal that moisture in! long term use aloe and paraffin wax (or a product containing little else) the paraffin will simulate the protective oils the skin normally produces. apply every 4-6 hours at least until healed

drink water or power aide or gatoraide or similar - stay hydrated - replace what may be lost through the burnt area

I am having civier back pain please advise me?

sorry, not familiar with the words 'civier', 'anuvilom', or Tamil.

Can you use english?

Water trapped in ear from surfing.?

Don't mess around with any of these suggestions! Go see a doc. You could end up with a problem that leaves you deaf &/or unable to go back into the water. I destroyed my eardrum in 1973, and It has never been successfully repaired. Both Navy & civilian docs tried. I can't dive anymore, and even snorkleing can create problems. I sometimes surf with a wax ear plug, but that usually gets blown out after one good wipe out. I endure lots of pain & hearing loss. Learn from this.

How dangerous is surfing?

Compared to other sports? Medium dangerous I’d say.Moreso because we exist in the medium of water, whereas other sports (on a field, in a gym) if you go down you go down somewhere safe. You go down out there and you are immediately in a bad spot. Now, ignoring the ‘you are in water’ part, for 99.9% of us danger isn’t much more an issue than any other activity. That said, you absolutely must be aware of the hard stuff.Hard Stuff:Your Board (it’s the enemy!)The bottom - reef is prickly, sand is a neck breaker.Other surfers.Other people that are surfers for today.Swimmers splashing around at the kill zone.JettysPeople riding boats on the waves (ya, I’ve checked the line and seen boats..not kayaks..boats).Don’t ride gigantic waves and the bottom won’t be an issue. Be aware of what’s around you and err on the side of caution and all the other stuff will never matter.Tips:-If you happen to eat it at the top of the wave tuck your head and bring your shoulders up; bring your arms up as well to prevent a possible pile drive at the sea floor. Don't over-tighten, though, as being too rigid will actually cause more damage on impact.- If you bail and lose your board DO NOT surface without hands (or fists) in front of your face and around your head. Fins can slash you up (better your hands/forearms than your pretty face) and a board up in the wind can come down and knock you out. I once took what felt like a Mike Tyson right hook from a big fat old heavy glassed longboard, had to be carried out until the stars went away.-General rule for ALL ocean watersports, actually, hands out ALWAYS. Seen so many people snap their necks over the years that wouldn’t have if they just kept their hands out (not surfing, actually, just riding waves with their damn hands down).
