What happens if you fail job corps drug test?
Job Corps administers urine testing. It may vary from contractor to contractor. If you enter the program 'dirty' you have 45 days to get clean. If you test dirty again at any time during the program you will be dismissed from the program. The good news is that while you are in Job Corps they will also give you dental care which should eliminate the need for under the border meds. The best thing to do is to be clean when you enter the program, get your teeth fixed to fix the pain the way it supposed to be fixed, and stay away from pain killers. It's a tough habit to kick if you take them too long, so the sooner you address the real problem, the better off you will be.
Drug test after car accident?
EDIT: 1) The cops were involved, as we called 911 after the accident. But they did not go to the ER with me or question me about being under the influence or remotely assume I had anything in my system. I was 100% coherent. 2) The doctors were not initially going to do a pee test at the ER, but when I got there I insisted I had to pee right away (because I did!) and walked myself over to the bathroom. So the doctors said "well if you insist on going to the bathroom then you might as well pee in a cup so we can do the pregnancy test for the x-rays." I'm figuring that since they weren't initially even going to do a pee test, they didn't assume I was under the influence or that they even needed to test me for drugs.
If you fail a drug test at basic training, what kind of discharge do you get?
You'll actually get drug tested at MEPS the day you ship out for BCT. I'm fairly certain you'll receive a dishonorable for substance abuse. If you're at MEPS, they send you home. If you're already at BCT, you'll likely get stuck in the USMC equivalent of RHU, or Return-Home Unit, which isn't a happy place to be because you'll get all the brigade detail you never wanted until your paperwork's finished and your plane ticket comes up.
What happens if I fail my first drug test right when my probation starts?
So I got sentenced to supervised probation starting next tuesday I've been smoking as usual because it was my understand that I am not on probation at this time -- if I choose to take drugs before then it should be my business and not the governments. To anyone who is on or has been on probation, were you tested on the first day? If I get tested and fail, will I breach probation or given a warning because I wasn't actually on probation when I smoked..?

yes they do pre-employment and random test and they have a zero tolerance policy...... THC is stored in fat cells, you can drink all the water, juices, teas, or take any of these potions sold at head shops and it does NOT matter; today's test are NOT fooled, adding fluids does NOT help.... get clean now and plan on staying that way while in job corps, they will not tolerate even the slightest slip up.... for a heavy user such as you: urine screens will show positive for 30 to 45 days blood test 3 to 6 months hair follicle test 6 to 9 months (shaving your head has no bearing) any hair follicle from any part of your body can be tested
First day of probation, Do they drug test you?
Drinking loads of water will give you an invalid test which will be treated as a failure. It depends upon the local probation office, but many offices do test people at the start of their probation period. This initial test is normally not considered to be a failure for the purpose of a violation because most probation offices know how long certain drugs can stay in the system. The initial test is used to determine a base line so that they can determine if you use again. From what you have said, it sounds like your levels should be very minimal if you have not used since your initial arrest.
