Does Anybody Know Where I Can Get Some Chest Binders Or Aware Ace Bandages Safe

I'm getting a chest binder, what kind of chest binder would you recommend?

If you live in the US, gc2b Transitional Apparel makes a pretty affordable, well known, and safe binder. Underworks is another company that makes binders, and while they are well known, I’ve heard a lot people complain about their binders. My personal favorite binders are from FLAVNT STREETWEAR, but they are more expensive ($50) and often are out of stock, so you sort of have to watch their website and/or sign up for their newsletter. Those are super fucking comfy, as far as binders go, and well worth the expense, but you may want to get one from gc2b first, just so you have one and don’t have to wait for them to be restocked. Both gc2b and FLAVNT have information regarding sizing on their sites, and it’s really important to pay attention to that information because binder sizing varies from company to company, and it’s essential that you get a binder that fits properly. Gc2b also has a couple different styles of binders, both of them bind the same, but one is closer to the length of a crop top, and the other is more the length of an undershirt, so that’s something to think about when buying a binder. Color is also a choice, and while the first few binders I bought were black or white, nude colors can be really nice, and I much prefer that now. There are often options for wildly colored binders such as purple or green, and there is even a company (Shapeshifters) that specializes in custom and pattered binders, if you’re looking for that. I hope you have good luck with whatever you purchase, don’t bind for more than 8–10 hours, and be safe!

Side effects of chest binding I need to watch out for?

Yeah, I don't think cancer is caused from binding.
You might want to upgrade to a binder or so, though--I think a tri-top would would well for you. Better results, more comfortable.
You can check out a couple used binder programs. I got a really nice one from one early on. Also, Underworks binders are fairly cheap and effective, so maybe you could check them out! (If ordering online is a problem, I could recommend buying a prepaid Visa card.) I'll leave links in the sources.

However! You may find yourself short of breath if binding over a long period of time or over a stretch of time. Please, do yourself a favor and take a break once and a while. Walk around in three shirts if you must, but you don't want to find yourself in the situation I did. I couldn't inhale fully for two weeks. I don't even bind tightly, but I am a heavier set guy.
My boyfriend also has fluid building in his lungs, so I'd really stress not turning to ACE and not overworking your body.

Good luck!!!

Would it be offensive to a trans person if I (a cisgender straight female) pretended to be male based on the details below?

Even though I say I am trans, because I don’t identify with either of the “traditional” binary genders I still wear men’s clothes. They are comfortable for me, I like them, and they fit my body shape well. I also have a beard, although that is kind of irrelevant. This does make answering your question slightly hard for me, and of course I cannot speak for anyone other than myself really, but I wanted to give it a shot.First of all I am a strong believer in wearing clothes that make you comfortable. It is why I wear the clothes that I do, and why others wear the clothes they do. That comfort can be based on physical feeling, such as tightness of clothes or the opposite, the freedom they can provide the body. But it can also be because of some mental feeling, like the clothes are tied in to ones identity. Some cross-dressers feel that way. The fact that you said you are a bit of a tomboy sort of conforms to that belief. As for the safety issue, I get it. In this male dominated society there are often stigmas and stereotypes attached to being a man or woman. There is a reason why woman tend to be attacked more. It is disgusting but unfortunately true. So wearing clothes in order to help provide a sense of security (there is no guarantee that it will work) is really a natural thing to do.Others who have written responses (as I write mine) have mentioned that we have no right to restrict you on what to wear. Unless you are going to make fun of trans people or being overtly offensive to them then no one should have any problem with it. If they do, then it won’t be people from the LGBT community. In might actually give you common ground with that very community. So go and be yourself, wear what you want! (Unless there is a dress code for something, we can’t help you there)

Nonbinary teen just answering stuff with ridiculously long paragraphs. They/them pronouns. Queer. I’m into visual arts of all sorts, and I also play guitar.

Question about using cabbage to dry up breast milk.?

I'm weaning my 16 month old baby this week because I have to have surgery next week & don't want her to get any of the pain killers in my breast milk. She's a grazer by nature so we don't really have a set feeding schedule. I may have to wean her cold turkey. I've done this in the past without cabbage, but it HURT!

I picked up a small head of cabbage at the store today so I can tuck some in my bra. Do I need to do anything to it besides wash it? How much should I use? Do I need to cover the entire breast or just the nipple? How long will it take for my milk to dry up using the cabbage? Would wrapping my chest with an ace bandage help?

Is it bad to sleep with a waist trainer on?

The short answer: It's a very bad idea.Waist trainers constrict your middle area which might be different when standing up versus laying down while sleeping. In addition to wanting to be awake and aware of the changes when using the waist trainer in case you feel uncomfortable. It's something that you need to find out from your doctor on what to do exactly.I do know someone who tried to sleep with it on and she told me she got severe acid reflex in a matter of a few days. Apparently the waist trainer was pushing her stomach in a way that moved stomach acid back into her throat and esophagus. This is why you should consult medical advice before using a waist trainer. For folks who aren't entirely sure what a waist trainer is, please see pic. In Hollywood, people wear them all the time and it's obvious to see them being worn under clothing, even on a typical day grabbing a drink at Starbucks.

How do I change my gender without surgery?

Question as answered:How do I change my gender without surgery? You don’t, with or without surgery. Gender identity is not affected by surgery. I’m assuming you mean, however, “How do I change my sex without surgery?”To do this, we first need to define sex, as used here. There’s no perfect definition for it, as the word is still debated. But for the purposes of this answer, sex is your Secondary Sex Characteristics. This means which characteristics of male and female puberty.(I am aware that some people are intersex, and thus may not biologically adhere to either of these. In addition, I know that many trans people, myself included, get medical care that may cause them to have some characteristics of both binary sexes.)There are several options for medical intervention other than surgery: Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) is the most common one. That is the process by which trans people take cross-sex hormones so that our bodies align more closely with our identities.Another one is puberty blockers, which are a temporary way for adolescents to stop their bodies from producing sex hormones. I’m currently taking these, and they are amazing.Lastly, some non-medical ways to change which characteristics you present (but not which ones you have):Binding. This is the process of flattening your chest. Do not use duct tape or Ace Bandages for this. You could seriously hurt yourself.Packing. This involves putting something (I’m not totally sure what) in your pants to create the illusion of a penis.Tucking. This is the opposite of packing, and is basically when AMAB people do something to their penis to prevent it from being visible.Falsies. Aka, fake breasts.(This is by no means an exhaustive list.)

What are the types of tape I can use to bind as an FTM guy with a small chest? I am aware of KT tape and not to use ACE bandages or duct tape. I find my binder uncomfortable and makes a bit of cleavage and can't wear loose neck drooping tops.

There’s a company - Trans Tape - that makes tape specifically for binding. There are risks associated with using any sort of tape though, and for larger chests tape may not work well at all. Trans Tape has a sample pack that’s a nice size to purchase before buying a whole roll of tape, so you can see if it works for you. While I liked the idea of it, I found tape harder to use than a binder and more uncomfortable, but there are many people who found it the opposite. Good luck!

What can I do about knock knees?

Well, with due respect to all the answers that are already given, I would like to share my experience that how I rectified my knock knees problem without any surgery as this is one of the biggest cause of rejection in defence forces.Firstly, remember one thing this process had taken almost 2 years to get rectified.Solutions:-1) While sleeping, put a cushion( bit hard) in between your knees and tighten your ankles with a peice of cloth properly. But keep in mind that cloth should not be tightened too much in order to maintain the blood flow. Now try to straightens your legs and keep them in that position for as much time as you can, then relax and repeat.2) Weak hip bones are the major cause of knock knees( genu valgum) ,so do exercises to strengthen your hip bones and many exercises you can get to know from google.3) Never run on hard/ cemented surface as it is not good for people who have this problem, because hard surface ultimately put pressure on your hips and will eventually make them weaker. 4) As yoga is emerging as a standard solution to many problems and it contains solution to this problem as well. 'Reclined Hero Pose', a type of yoga is one of the best solution to mitigate this issue.Try them and feel the difference....Zidd kro, Duniya badlo
