Does Anyone Have Some Pro-ana Tips

Pro ana any tips new to this?

any pro anas out there I've been thinking about it but how do u keep a high metabolism while being pro ana I mean ur metabolism slows down and i dont want to stop growing any way to fix this should i just drink milk well this is what i tried today to keep my metabolism goin and attempt pro ana
break fast piece of peach nd cup of almond milk lunch 3 slices of 98% fat free ham nd a handful of tomatoes snack bannana wit piece of cheese nd hanfull of almond dinner salad w 2 tblsp of ginseng dressing I also had a hanfull of skittles and tspn of peanut butter tryin to keep my calories at 500 any help nd any way to go proana and not stop growth if ur not pro ana dont answer

i hear you. motivation is the key to losing weight, just remember that. i used to be ana but now im just trying to eat really healthy and exercise. but it sounds like you dont care about being healthy and just want to lose weight fast. totally understand that. i recommend juicing for 1-3 days or more if you can (only drink juice and/or water, don't eat anything). when i did it i lost so much weight very quickly. it's a great way to start a diet because you lose so much weight, you become like almost addicted to losing weight. it's also really nice because you won't be very hungry since there are still calories and enzymes in juices.

also, i don't know about you but when i'm bored i eat like, the entire kitchen! so if you can, try to distract yourself by staying out of the house. go shopping, try on clothes! that definitely makes me want to not eat lol. oh and try to not hang out with your friends if they're big eaters because they will just influence you to eat what they're eating, and you don't want that!

good luck, and i'm not saying it's good to do what you're doing, but i was there once too, so i cant tell you not to do it. just dont go too far. remember, you want to look HOT! not just skin and bones!

you'll get people just insulting you telling you to go eat some food or people going "yeah I'm pro Ana too, skinny-ness forever" cause people wont read your questions properly.

it depends on your height, and age

generally, for a person from 5''- 5''8' you should be eating 2000 calories

but it also depends on your metabolism. if your metabolism is low maybe you could work down to a MINIMUM of 1500, for your diet period.if your finding it difficult to

if you could get one of those giant exercise ball things, you could exercise using one of those, they usually come with an instruction booklet of exercises. they have exercises that aren't heavy on the feet

Pro-Ana buddy? Tips please?

I wouldn't eat tissues, but I have been finding tips too. I watch thinspo videos on youtube a lot and get most of my tips from there. I heard that two tablespoons of vinegar before a meal helps suck the fat out? I dont know if its true but im going to give it a go next time I have a meal.
A tip I found was Never eat anything bigger than your fist, I think that is quite big so I would say never eat anything bigger than an apple size.
I am currently putting together a scrap book for how I would like to look and it helps a lot, whenever I get hungry I look at it and it makes it fade.
When I get hunger pains I usually curl up in a ball and it helps but not when im outside.
I also try to get a lot of sleep because it burns calories, and I usually have a green tea to help me fall asleep, green tea burns calories so it makes me feel better.
A lot of ana sites tell you to eat gum or peppermints when hungry, I disagree with them because they have calories. So I would personally never have gum.
I have one meal a day at the moment which is usually a small bag of rice, this keeps me going until the next day. During the day I drink a lot of water. I also have one piece of fruit a day.
I go on runs every other day and do regular exercises at home.

Pro ana tips? mom just repared pasta... what do I do?

I am really fat and decided I will only eat 300 calories a day and burn of some on the treadmill. I started a couple days ago, but I still need some info. If it helps, I am a 14 year old girl, I am 5' 7" and I weigh a whopping 124.4 pounds. It is gross and I need to lose 14 pounds to look normal.

So my question is, how do I pretend I am eating and trick my family, friends, and teachers to keep them from worrying.

For example my mother has prepared bolognaise tonight ( cheesey meaty pasta rich in butter and fat) and a cake. How do I pretend I am eating it?

Please help, and I am not actually anorexic because I do eat so do not lecture me.

Pro-ana diet plan...?

1st off pro-ana means you are Pro-anorexia. Anorexics dont eat, or eat very little. If you are pro-ana, your ideal meal plan would be

Breakfast: Air
Lunch: water
Dinner Air and water

Anorexia tips/tricks?

I wrote an essay on anorexia/bulimia so I did some research and actually did visit some pro-ana websites which were disturbing. :/

Some "tips" they give:
1) chew gum or ice, it sort of tricks your body into thinking it's actually eating food so you can go longer without eating.
2) sit in your room with food and a trash can. chew the food and savor the taste but don't swallow. Instead spit the food out into the trashcan.
3) visit the kitchen often, open the fridge and pantry often and look around. apparently that makes your family believe you are constantly snacking.
4) wear a rubber band around your wrist and snap it whenever you think about food, but you said you know that already.
5) many people who decide to stop eating often have "ana buddies" they meet through pro-ana websites or somewhere else online. They encourage each other and help each other resist urges to eat. So they both support each other with their eating disorder. :/ I think this is very important to people with EDs because it's so socially unacceptable, they don't think anyone they know irl understands so they form online friendships with other pro-ana people for support.
6) Posting pictures of thin celebrities and random people around them. This is "thinspiration". these pictures show very, very thin girls most of the time...not at all healthy images of "normally" slim people.
7) When hungry, they repeat something about how food will make them fat and fat is nasty; thin is good and beautiful and if they don't eat, they will soon be beautiful too (according to them).
8) A lot of people will work out constantly in addition to having an ED.
9) Perhaps they will lie to their parents and say they went out to eat with friends or something when in fact they did not go eat while out. They may claim to be vegetarian or allergic to certain foods to avoid eating them (it's possible)


But yeah that's all I can think of atm. ugh eating disorders are really terrible. After researching my paper, I totally had to go do something happy to cheer me up since those pro-ana sites and the comments people leave on them are quite depressing.
