Why are you not a fan of Petfinder? It is a wonderful tool developed by people who had no selfish motives and wanted to save lives. How do you not like something like that? Anyways, yeah, Petfinder.org is obviously one of the best tools for finding a new friend from a RELIABLE source - a shelter/pound/rescue group. If you had bothered to research the site you would have found the Classifieds area http://www.petfinder.com/local.html The reason shelters/rescues put you through the ringer is to ensure that the animal will be going to a SAFE and RESPONSIBLE home, not some person who will leave the dog alone for 10+ hours daily or chain it outside, things of that sort. Screening is in place to avoid the animal going back to a pound/rescue because the new owners are dumb@sses and can't be bothered to train the animal. If you want to take your chances and buy an unscreened dog, then by all means visit Craigslist, kijiji, or your newspaper classifieds.
How do u merge two pictures into a transforming .gif?
I know you can do it with Adobe Image Ready. You should be able to download a free trial and search for a tutorial on how to do so, but otherwise it's really easy. I could probably do it for you if you wanted.
What app is used to edit pictures like this?
I have no idea how to describe it but it's like people use selfies for cutouts and put backgrounds as like tie dye and other weird "trippy" stuff, I see It on tumblr sometimes. like people take a selfie but they cut it out and post it on a background of idk the moon, pretty much anything. it looks kind of blurry most of the time. it also usually has like a little comment box looking thing that has words in it and stickers of aliens, Japanese letters, and yep.. all I can say, thanks!
