Does anyone know this manga?
It's about this guy who has a one-sided love with his brother's girlfriend. At the beginning of the manga, he talks about how he only looks at her lovingly for 5 seconds and then he is satisfied. I remember he confessed and invited her to a festival. But the girl rejected him. I am pretty sure this is a one-shot but there might be other one-shots in this manga. I am also sorry if I might have mixed 2 mangas since it has been a while since I read them. I will be very grateful to the person who helps me find this manga. Thank you in advance.

Does anyone know any manga that are like prison school?
When I say "like prison school", I mean a non-supernatural series where two or more people are trying to strategically out maneuver, and builds suspense throughout. (It doesn't necessarily have to be comedy, but no magic involved). EDIT: It's ok if there are some supernatural elements, just not to the point where the characters are overly dependent on it. Like "Death Note" where Light has a notebook that can kill people, but he still has his own human wit to get out of certain situations.
Does anyone know of some gothic-romance anime or manga?
I'd really like to find some gothic-romance manga with a good, solid plot. I already read Vampire Knight, and I did not like xxxHolic.Death Note was good, but it didn't have romance. I would prefer manga/anime without yaoi. Thank you for your answers.
