Country song with lala's that sound like brown eyed girl?

I was in a car with some friends that like listening to country music. A song was playing, and there was a part where the lyrics were la la la la la la la, and it immediately made me think of brown eyed girl by van morrison... I actually sang "just like that" directly after the la la la's. The people I was with also know the song Brown Eyed Girl very well, and they all agreed it fit perfectly. I think the artist may be Blake Shelton, because I bought them a Blake Shelton CD earlier that day, and I knew they'd been listening to it. I know nothing about country music though, so it could've been anybody. Does anybody know what song that was? Thanks!
