How to fix my Sony Xperia T sudden Phone Screen FLICKERING problem?

Bought the phone from a genuine Sony Showroom for Sony phones on December 9th with a valid 1 year warranty. After doing tons of research I decided to buy the Xperia T as it matched all my requirements and price.
Well the phone worked great for the first few days, on the 4th day I downloaded a couple of apps and games from Android Play Store. After downloading Temple Run 2 I started facing this "Screen FLICKERING problem" while playing the game. Then I later deleted it by Cleaner App, I also removed some unuseful files from the phone and I don't know if thats the reason for flickering while playing a video, taking pictures, surfing through the gallery and running any sort of app.

I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE OF THIS I FEEL A BIT EMBARRASSED WHEN OTHERS USE MY PHONE AND FACES THIS, SERIOUSLY I NEED A SOLUTION...

I know I can trust yahoo answers, so guys and girls help me out! ;)

Note 2 or (xperia z,galaxy s4,htc one)........?

actually i want to buy galaxy note 2.because it has
1) 5.5 inch screen - which is best for reading book,surfing net,and watching video
2)3100 mah battery - lasting around 1.5 days,browsing time around 10 hours
3)s-pen
4)extra cool features

benchmark(quardent)--note 2- 5900,xperia z-8000,htc one-12000
benchmark(antutu)--note 2 -13000,xperia z-20000,galaxy s4-24000

basically i want use my device using to listing songs,surfing net,reading books,video chat,extra(photo edit) and playing some games(temple run 2,asphalt 7,ninja fruit e.t.c...................................... not nova 3,max payne,gta 3 i mean high graphics games)......

so my question is that....
1)if i buy note 2 will it run smoothly next 3 years.(2016 with upcoming android 7.0)....remember i will not play any high graphics games???
2)i am audiophile,i like listing songs...if i buy note 2 and buy a Sennheiser hd 203..will i get good audio output....or get xperia z with its free headphone???

describe me friends.....if not galaxy note 2 tell ur choice that which one best......? (plz dont suggest me note 3 because it has 6.3 inch screen ,like a tablet not phablet ..... ).thank you.........
