Can I paint my black shoes light blue?
yes you can use it but make sure that you use good quality paint , fabric paint is good or mix acrylics with textile medium , you don't have to paint it white then paint it blue , paint it blue directly * . *if your paint is transparent or semis opaque it won't work , use opaque blues so that it can cover the black well .
Why do some fighters in MMA have their toe nails painted black?
with all the grabbing kicking and clinching toe and fingernails break easily. Fighters will coat them to strengthen them. A lot of fighters do this most of them paint them with a clear gloss. Some paint them black for some reason. It's also a trick used by classical and finger style guitar players

Kickboxers do it to strengthen the toe nails. It helps prevent them from cracking.
MMA fighters painting toe nails?
Ive been training for about a month now and a few of the guys I train with paint their toe nails black... and I never thought anything about it until we went to a MMA event over the weekend and I noticed that there were quite a few fighters from other gyms that painted their toe nails as well and on a side note Ive seen in interviews that Chuck Liddell and Matt Hughes also paint theirs... is this some kind of tradition or something?
