Why does the "properties" window open when I double click anything on my desktop?

Its a virus. Try removing via antivirus software such as "MICROSOFT SECURITY ESSENTIALS (FREE)", AVAST ANTIVIRUS (FREE), ESET TOTAL SECURITY (PAID), NORTON OR SYMANTEC.Alternatively, if u have installed any unknown software or some software from unusual site, try removing it via Programs and Features or try System Restore.
Mouse left click problem?
Okay I will try to explain my dilemma as easy and understandable as possible. Each time I try to open a program whether its on my desktop, folders, or in the start button, instead of letting me double click with my left click on my mouse, a shortcut menu box pop ups (which say open, properties, delete, rename, etc.) Or if I'm browsing through the web and click on a website, instead of opening on the same page, it pops up on a new tab. I end up closing a lot of tabs, which gets irritating. This is some methods that I tried: -I check my Tab properties, but it makes no difference. -In my control panel, I check my mouse properties, but nothing changed -I tried a new mouse, but still the the menu box pops up -I checked the click speed which is working fine. -I checked which button I used to click in the mouse setting To basically sum it up, every time I press my left-click button a shortcut menu pops up, which is weird because this feature is only suppose to be for the right click button. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
How can i turn a .rar file that's set to open with notepad back into nothing!?
well that's not my only Q. but it's a start! first how does a .rar file work? now i was mesing around with my comp. a wile back and opened a .rar file with the notepad, so since then everytime i try to open a rar file it opens with notepad!! how can i cange that back into what ever i need to run a rar file? help please?

How can I make my computer run programs full screen?
To change this all you have to do is right click the icon and select Properties. There will be a box called Run You may have some of your shortcuts or icons for certain programs that when you double click them they open the program up in a window instead of full screen or maximized. It gets kind of annoying when you have to maximize them each time you open them. with a drop down list. The options will be Normal window, Minimized and Maximized. Normal window will open the program in a window, minimized will open the program but place it minimized on the taskbar and maximized will open the program full screen.
