Dreams Of Babies Having Babies

What do dreams about finding babies mean?

From time to time iv had different dreams about finding a baby or saving a baby. Everytime iv had these dreams the baby is cold and I am trying to keep it warm but holding it close to me in my jacket. One of my dreams I had the baby in my arms and yelling at the mother for not having more clothing on the baby when it was so cold out. I'm another dream there was no mom but I came across 2 men that were threatening my life but I had to protect this baby. Iv never seen these babies faces in my dreams. In all of the dreams I'm very determind to take care of this baby and keeping it warm.

Im having dreams about a baby with no face?

ok lately ive been dreaming about little babies with no faces.
the first one i was one where i was at my mother's house and she had just had a baby, and people were coming over to see the baby, and it was a boy but everytime i tried to look at the face, it was like i couldnt.

the next dream i was older, like in my late twenties, and me and my husband had just had a baby, and everyone kept saying what a nice little boy, and i kept saying "no! no!, it a girl" but i was shouting and it came out as a whisper and no one heard me. anyways i kept trying to look at the baby but all i saw was the body, and no face. does anyone knows what this might mean.

btw i know im not pregnant, cause im still a virgin

I keep having dreams about having babies?

Ok so first off I am a virgin never wanted to do it with anyone but I keep having these dreams that I am pregnant and my dad is really mad at me and I go to the hospital but the baby won't come. I just sit on the hospital bed, really embarrassed. I hate little kids I don't ever want to have a baby but I wonder why these dreams keep coming.

Has anyone dreamed of having multiple babies?

Dreams are a continuation of your waking thoughts. While asleep your subconscious is patching together images that evoked the same emotions you feel while awake.
That your friend dreamt that you were pregnant but afraid to tell her means that your friend knows that you've been wanting to get pregnant and that if indeed you have succeeded you were afraid to tell her lest it doesn't progress (evidenced by your recent miscarriage).
Your mother's dream of lots and lots of fish represent her awareness that you (and your family) have so much to give (represented by that much food -- fish is food because it was fried), but no one to give it to (no baby).
Your dream that you delivered the babies on your own means that you feel that you have to do everything yourself to get pregnant (monitoring, charting, tracking, etc.). You feel that although your doctor is there, you feel that it seems that he's not helping you get the results you want.
Dreams are not prophetic (unless it's biblical). I don't know if you are a religious person but it helps if you pray for a baby. Among the more popular religious devotions in praying for a baby is praying to Our Lady of Guadalupe. This was an apparition of the Blessed Virgin Mary as a pregnant woman to stop the slaughter and sacrifice of babies to the pagan gods of the Aztecs in the 16th century.

Dreams about puppies turning into babies?

Hi Amy! Dreams often represent our children as one animal or another. Also many people think of their pets as children. I oftern hear a pet owner saying to her cat: "Wait, your mummy will feed you soon"...or, "don't be so mean to your daddy!" Nothing unusual about that. What is rather unusual and cute at the same time is that your pet puppy of your dream is transformed into a baby. When something in a dream changes from one thing to another the dream shows you that it will take time till the last image becomes a reality.

Interesting is of course that your dream baby starts as an animal. There is a Latin word hidden in the word animal. It is animus which means life force. It is what makes us and keeps us alive. So it would seem that there is new life happening around you and the transformation from puppy to baby is indicating the gestation period in the womb.

You have instinctively interpreted your own dream. It happened when after the dream you spontaneously realised that you had not had your period. Pregnant women often dream of fish since the foetus in the womb is very much like a fish, like an animal. So even if you have not been thinking about getting pregnant or wanting another child, it seems that it is on the cards.

So the dream has prepared you for something you did not anticipate or wish for. Nevertheless congratulations are in order!

I had a dream that i gave birth to 4 babies....?

No worries, Ava. The dream does not mean you are going to have 4 babies all at once.

H, the other responder, was rather rude, and I'm sorry for that. But h's answer does have some good information. You dream about what you think about, and if your hormones are surging and pushing you toward more reproduction, it is perfectly natural for those hormones to effect your dreams as well. H's explanation of how wishing for another baby just like your little girl could mushroom into a dream about 4 newborns is very good, as well. That is exactly how dreams function.

You should also know that women do not normally have 4 babies at a time. Such multiple births were almost unheard-of before this modern age of assisted fertility treatments. Unless you are on fertility drugs for some reason, you are not likely to have a multiple birth.

Another possibility is that the babies in your dream represent something else in your life. We often talk about projects or some object we care about as "my baby." Like a guy with his beloved car. So the four "babies" could be four important goals in your life, such as owning your own home, finishing school, getting a permanent job and, oh, maybe getting a good car. If you are working toward goals such as those (or anything else) your dream could present those as "babies."

Here is a site with more discussion on baby dreams.

What do babies dream about?

The first initial merged question does not define experience, it assumes babies can not experience inside the womb. A baby is supposed to start dreaming in the womb at about 20 weeks. Without experiences to draw from, what can they be dreaming of?Neurons will be recording events even before 20 weeks, these neurons will be recording data as the senses start to become activated. The fetus will start to hear around 18 weeks into pregnancy, and touch at 16 weeks. These two recording devices are at this time recording, thus experiencing.Even though the fetus may not know what recording is, is is doing it and a part of the body knows how to start the process of this data. This data is then used to recreate new versions of the data. Assuming that taste will not be a sense used as much since the umbilical cord allows for nourishment, and the eyes are closed during the time in the womb, even though I can also assume some light may be getting through the lids and through the mother even if only in small quantities, photons that might activate the rods and cones in small percentages. Also the child may also experience symbiotically the emotional states of the mother as well as the hormonal activities of the body of the mother. Thus they may have the ability to experience love, hate, pain and other aspects of their parent. All of this data will contribute to the data required for the baby to dream.

Why do I dream about dead babies?

One of the theories that I know is a kind of inversion. If everything is ok in your life you start to have nightmares, if is everything wrong, you have dreams, its the inverse feeling of real life. If everything goes right, you might become overconfident, so the nightmare comes to help you not lose your head over the good fortune.About why nightmares with specifically babies, it might be something like :A baby is utterly dependent of someone else. A baby dieing is someone failing over that duty. Our culture places a strong weight on the death of a baby because when we look at a baby we imagine what he/she could become. If it dies without growing up and realizing what it might have been, how do we know ?So, a dead baby is not only a death (that might be the unavoidable consequence of a train of events) but its the death of a possibility that was not yet determined. So, to understand a dream you must understand the feeling that the dream cause. This sensation of unfullfilled potentials that is the death of a baby. The uttmost unfullfillment of potentials - its not a company, its not a thing, its a whole damn human being with its lot of potentials that is dieing without not a single chance ! - And you cannot do anything about this !That feeling of powerlessness. Thats the true nightmare.Thats what you dream wants to remember you, maybe because your current life does not allow this to come to your attention in any other way besides a nightmare.

Consistent dreams about hurting babies?

Anyone would find dreams like this disturbing. Dreams with death in them, even violent death (I've read dreams about grandchildren axe murdering grannies even tho' they love their grans!), can allude to change/ great or sudden change. I feel that there's this major frustration you've got in your life and it could have to do with a certain situation you're finding increasingly annoying about something to do with "intelligence" or its lack. It's not your own intelligence that's lacking but that of what's going on around you. It could be about a work, home, school situation and about behaviour of other people in your life. It can be very frustrating hanging with people who are not on your own intelligence level, or be involved in an activity that you might feel is beneath your level of expertise.

So, try to elucidate to yourself what could be causing this frustration in your waking life. And then consider that you have options. Even though you may be involved in a situation or with certain people, you can still be yourself without becoming annoyed by what's going on around you. You can avoid or change the circumstance - or your associations - to suit yourself better, and need not feel so obliged to compromise if something/someone(s) are not on the same wave. :)
