Drinking A Lot Of Water To Lose Water Weight

Losing weight..drinking water?

i want to lose 10 lbs and i dont want to drink much because i dont want to gain "water weight"
sooo...does drinking lots of water really help?
if your 100% positive it does, ill give it a try.
like do you have an estimate of how much more weight i will lose in a certain period of time??

Water alone is not going to help you tone however it will help bloating and water retension and it speeds up bowl movements meaning less toxins inside your belly causing puffiness and bloating!

which will help you appear more toned i was the same i never used to drink water then i started dating a sports person who insited a min of 2-3 litres of water would help me look tighter and its TRUE!

It keeps the belly area much flatter and ideally you should be going for a pee every 90 mins and it should be a lovely clear colour! by drinking lots of water your body feels less need to hold onto fluid as it knows its getting a constant supply!

Articles say drinking too much water can prevent weight loss, because of drinking too much water at once. How do I know to not do this so I lose fat?

This is not good and will not make you look or feel any better. Lowering your sodium intake is a great idea, and so is "etc", which I'm pretty sure is more fibrous vegetables and fruits, an exercise regimen, and sufficient rest. Knock out a lot of that sugar as well, and don't cheat until you see some results, or at least till summer's over.
