U should never buy anything on ebay b/c the other person scams u. U don't know what that other person can do. I had a teacher buy something off of ebay about 3 years ago and they scamed her into buying in, and she lost profit off of it. She also money for it too. SO DON'T BUY ANYTHING OFF OF EBAY.

IF the seller has proof that they have been refurbished by Apple, and not some other company, then I think you're pretty safe. I would just make sure that they have a decent return policy and a good feedback rating.
