Every Time I Try To Send An Email It Says Unable To Send Message

I get a message unable to send email in a red box every time I try to send an email. How can I fix this?

I try to send a message and it doesnt matter who i am sending it to or what i write it says message not sent. The message you composed has not been sent. Such message blocks are usually caused by sending a message whose content has triggred our spam filters, or by sending to too many recipients at a given time.

I have looked everywhere and 1 help file said to send in plain text but that does not work. It doesnt matter who i send an email to or what is in the email it never makes it but i can receive emails just fine.

I'm going to quit using Yahoo as a main email browser. I have no choice as its frustrating the heck out of people trying to send me legitimate emails only to have them rejected as suspicious content or their account was a noted spam sending address.
