Are there any similar PC games like Far Cry 3 and Tomb Raider 2013, which include survival mode and FPS or TPS?
You mentioned Far Cry 3, then why not try Far Cry 4 its the same genre, I will not say that its better than FC3, it would be good to call it a very big DLC for FC3, but Ubisoft made it into a standalone game just to make more money.The Mass Effect Series of games even though they come under RPG(3rd Person), your survival depends up on your choices you make during your gameplay, it has a very engaging storyline.Try Just Cause 1 & 2 both of them are all out action/ adventure/ survival games that feature open worlds like FC3 & FC4.The Witcher 1 & 2 are yet another RPG survival games that have spectacular gameplay and narration, and I should also say these games feature one of the largest open worlds in the whole of gaming scene. It would be crime if did not add Elder Scrolls Skyrim to the list.I have played each and everyone of these titles and I can promise you that it will be a very good gaming experience for you if you were able to try out even some of these.

Tomb Raider standard edition or GOTY edition?
So i can only buy around one game a month...i was about to buy Far Cry 3 because it was on discount but (i dont know how) within minutes the discount was cancelled and it went back to the original price. So i thought id get The Last Of Us or Uncharted 3 just my luck, they're out of stock everywhere. So i decided Tomb Raider...but there's a goty edition out now...i know I'd get all the DLC's but they're all multiplayer and I don't really want to play much MP on a game like TR. So, should i get it over the standard edition or does the standard edition make more sense? Thank you.
Where do I put my custom maps for Far Cry 3?
Your folder called 'User Maps' will be in the directory: C:\Users\(your username\My Documents\My Games\Far Cry 3\User Maps If that folder doesnt exist, you can create it and Far Cry 3 will recognize it.
Why is the music keep repeating in Tomb Raider 3 in the PC??
See, a part of the music loops when the game hangs or lags. To avoid this, I guess the solution is difficult but not impossible. I think a mod would help. OR If you find the background music irritating, go to settings and switch it off.
Far Cry 3 or Saints Row the Third?
Personally i would get Saints Row the Third just because i'm a big fan of 3rd person sandbox games similar to GTA. Far cry is an amazing game and i enjoyed it a lot, however the main story is short, the side content is decent but repetitive and it hasn't much replay value. Saints Row's main missions are slightly longer then Far Cry's, about just as good in terms of storyline but Far Cry's replay value doesn't come anywhere close to Saints Row's. It's also a lot more enjoyable to play with friends, Far Cry's co-op is dull and so is the online multiplayer. I used to always play Saints Row and GTA with my mates online, and we couldn't stop laughing/run out of things to do.
