Fire Emblem Awakening Leveling Help

Fire Emblem Awakening : How do I grind for money?

I'm just starting out and I'm on hard mode and would like to have weapons stronger than bronze. I'd like to be able to beat the game without ANY of my units dying and yes its on the mode where they stay dead. I've heard about some DLC map that you can grind infinitely but I've beaten the one where you recruit Donnel and the others from the bonus box are way out of my reach. I've just beaten chapter 4. also there is a group of risen made up of nothing but level 8 archers and 2 generals and a dark mage that can really hurt my team. The merchant is there as well and I cannot beat the stage without my units dying...I've tried reloading the Bonus Box page but it says it can't retrieve new data so i have no idea where to find these amazing DLC maps or how to redo them. Any help?

What is the best unit in Fire Emblem Awakening?

Depends on who you marry to whom and what units suit your play style the best. If you take special note with regards to his/her genealogy, Morgan can be absurdly powerful in some respects due to his/her inheritances, but thanks to the amount of time most people have invested in their own avatars by the time Morgan is recruited, they will find the MU to be the most powerful unit in their ranks. If you're really creative, you will find the MU and Morgan to be the best units, due to their massive flexibility. Of course, this being a strategy game, a statistically powerful unit is not the end-all answer for every situation. Units that can learn Galeforce are excellent for map-clearing. High-luck characters that can learn both Miracle and Counter can really abuse the combo against enemy heavy units. Lords like Chrom and Lucina are offensive powerhouses, and are fairly good at solo-ing due to Falchion's ability to heal. Frederick is obscenely powerful at the beginning, but is practically a benchwarmer at the end. Donny has ridiculous stats mid-game if you invest the time into training him, but is somewhat so-so towards the end. Chrom gains the Exalted Falchion after the Awakening and becomes very powerful, but can only capitalize on this for the final mission.tl;dr, it's really situational.

Fire Emblem Awakening - Lost Bloodlines 2?

The Fire Emblem play style is something you have to learn and adjust too, if you're having troubles now, practice more, the game isn't simply about leveling characters to be stronger than the enemy, it's all about strategy. I could probably do the chapter with all unpromoted Lv. 15s and up, because I've played enough Fire Emblem games to figure out how they work. Unfortunately I don't have that DLC, so I can't give you any specific tactics, but here are a few tips:

1. Bait and lure tactics, send a high defence unit out into a specificly hard enemy's range, or attract a group of weak enemies who you know won't kill him/her, keep your other units who are good attackers but weak defenders, like mages, shortly behind your bait, but out of enemy range. When the enemy/enemies is/are lured, on the next turn, kill the enemies you lured.

2. Pick the best classes, since you're on normal, this shouldn't affect you too much, you might want your own class variety, but the truth is, some classes are much more useful than others. High move units, especially Wyvern Knights and Cavaliers, are really good as they can easily traverse and take out specifically dangerous enemies. Dark Mages and sorcerers are the most superior magic class due to the Dark "Nosferatu" tome, which is so good it's game breaking. At Lv. 15, Dark Fliers acquire the best skill in the game, Galeforce, which allows a unit to move twice in one turn. This particular skill makes the game so easy that one can defeat the final boss on Lunatic+ in one turn with the appropriate skill set. Also, defence and speed are the best stats in the opinion of harcore Fire Emblem players.

And here are a couple tips
1. Exploit the AI, enemies will always attack either the unit who they'll do the most damage too, or units who can't attack back, even if their reckless strikes result in their own suicide. Use this to your advantage.

2. Use the advanced stat screen rather than the simple one, it's better to know each individual stat rather than a total, as some stats, skill, luck, aren't as important as knowing strength, speed, defence, resistance.

How to get max stats in Fire Emblem Awakening?

I'm currently working on getting my characters strong enough to challenge the Apotheosis Xenologue.

I was leveling Severa a while ago, but when she levels up, I don't get any additional stats. When I first got her, I got her to level 20 then used a Second Seal to make her a Myrmidon and eventually an Assassin. She's already reached level 20 several times and I used the Second Seal to reset her to level 1. But now she won't get any stronger.

What should I do?

Fire Emblem Awakening Second Seal Problem?

I'm not sure but my best guess is if you look on the bottom left corner of your characters stat screen it should show a little icon of what that characters can use. It would also give a grade. (A-D) Then if you touch the weapon on the touch screen it will give you some stats about it. You should see the same symbol as the first stat in the list and then a letter grade. If your characters letter grade is lower then the one the weapon has you can't use it. So if the unit just became an archer there probably at a D, so there are a few types of bows you can't use. To upgrade your characters letter grade you just have to use the weapon and there will be a little bar under the symbol that will go up.

I can’t be certain that this is the answer to your problem but I hope it helps.

When can you get married to Aversa on Fire Emblem Awakening?

Yes, you can get married to Aversa.
You may marry her when you unlock her in paralogue 22.
However, only the avatar can, and she may not have children.

Only certain characters may have children.

To get married, you must have a rank S relationship with another character.
The only characters that may have children are:

Cordelia
Sumia
Tharja
Olivia
Chrom
Avatar
Sully
Lissa
Maribelle
Cherche
Nowi
Panne
Miriel

Fire emblem awakening lunatic mode when to stop grinding?

so ive never played any fire emblems but in the last 2 years ive come to love rts games and the thought and challenge that is entitled with them so I gave it a shot. I dove straight into lunatic mode and oh boy did it frustrate me. After 3 hrs of gameplay I finally got pass enough chapters (4-5?) To have risen on the map. So im wondering what lvl should everyone be to be able to not get 1-2 shot

In Fire Emblem do you prefer using all characters and leveling up slowly, or only using half or less?

It depends on whether it has the potential to grind up the levels of your units or not, if it’s one of the games that lets you do that (Sacred Stones, Awakening, Fates, and Shadows of Valentia), then I try to keep everyone at least within a close degree of each other so I can easily swap units out as needed either based off preference, wanting to work on the Supports between a specific set of characters, a specific unit being a better fit for that chapter or needing more of a specific type, or I feel like any specific unit(s) should be present for story reasons. But even then I have my specific favorites and the units I’m much more likely to consistently take with me.On the ones that don’t let you keep grinding, I find my team that works and pretty much just stick with that because there’s really no opportunity for newcomers to keep up, even if they join pre-promoted, especially when they join late game. I always want to be able to use all of my characters, or at least have more freedom with changing up my team (which is why I’ve enjoyed Sacred Stones and the newer games that offer the chance to gain more XP more), though. In the games that don’t you gain “extra” XP, what usually winds up happening is I pretty much just wind up sticking with the characters who’ve joined the game in the earlier chapters as they usually wind up being the more powerful/more well-rounded due to all the time they’ve had to gain levels. That being said though, no matter whether you can grind or not to keep all your characters at the same pace, I always take the full amount of characters I can into a chapter with me. I’ve never gone with less than the maximum number, and probably never will.
