No, it does not matter with berry's...only with contest items. But the Pamtre Berry is Very Rare. Actually, the Pick-up only works on FireRed and LeafGreen for this Berry. Go to the berry master's house. Talk to his wife. Tell her CHALLENGE CONTEST. To get Contest beat the Elite Four. Don't forget to plant the pamtre berry. You get only one. To evolve Feebas feed it as many pokeblocs made with pamtre berrys as it will eat. Make the poke blocs in Lilycove. You will need 12 blocs.
