About 4 and a half hours.

Why are there no flights from Manila Philippines to Baguio? Sky Pasada was meant to do it?

There used to be air travel. It may still be but on a limited basis. I think they only flied during daylight hours and only one flight a day.

What time do airlines use for their departure and arrival?

They always publish their schedules in local time because the average person cannot make time zone conversions.

Anybody knows why KLM stopped their KL 803 and KL 804, non stop Amsterdam-Manila and vv?

Since 2006, we have been flying Amsterdam-Manila yearly to see the family of my wife and spend the winter in the Philippines. The aircraft, a 777-300 was always full so it seems unlikely they stopped the flight for economic reasons.
The fare and schedule were just right. Early morning arrival, midday departure going back.
The flight itself could be made very comfortable because we could buy comfort seats for 110 € p/p p/trip with extra legroom.
Thirdly, they had the possibility of buying a 3rd suitcase for 80 euro which came in very handy seeing the amount of presents, vitamines and medicines you take along.on your way out.

This year, when I wanted to book our regular October flight from Barcelona to Manila via Amsterdam, I found out to my utmost surprise and dismay that KLM had stopped their nonstop flights to Manila and now offered Amsterdam-Manila via Tapei!!!!
Not only is an already long haul (12 to 13 hours) suddenly 4 hours longer, they also changed the schedule and you are now arriving in the early evening. No connections by plane or ferry possible and you are forced to stay the night in Manila before you can journey on to whatever your destination. Also, the departure time is inconvenient and, of course, you fly via Tapei again.

Now, my question is, what in the world could have gone through the minds of the KLM flight planners that they had to make life uncomfortable for the more than 100,000 (one hundred thousand pax!) passengers that traveled the KL 803 every year?

Btw: we flew Barcelona-Dubai-Manila this year, with plane change in Dubai, and we found it very tiring. Although fare and arrival time in Manila were perfect, the lay over and plane change in the middle of the night played havoc on our system and biorhythm. But that's another topic.

How hard is it to get an Uber from Manila International Airport (NAIA)?

I haven’t used Uber or Grabtaxi myself but my friend regularly uses his smartphone to call for a Grabtaxi which he can pay by credit card or cash, as needed. It is also possible to get Uber but he thinks it is slightly more expensive. It shouldn’t be too hard to get a car/taxi with either method. Make sure you have the Metro Manila version of the Google Map downloaded for offline use. You should also install the Waze app or make sure the car driver is using it to avoid traffic snarls along the route.I think you will need a mobile phone SIM that can roam to the Philippines (more expensive per call) or you can get a local Philippine SIM as soon as possible. This is one reason why Filipinos prefer to have a dual-SIM smartphone. (Another reason is to have a SIM from more than one Philippine cellular phone service—either Smart, Globe, or Sun—so that one can still have a good signal if the other goes down in a dead spot or to be able to get through to contacts whose phones are on Smart, or Globe, or Sun.)

Is the Manila airport open 24 hours ?

yes they are both open all night, you have to go through immigration upon arrival that will take a couple of hours, there's a atm machine and money changer just before you exit, just take your time and let some of the arrival crowd thin out then take a taxi to the domestic terminal[watch that the taxi driver doesn't over charge you,it shouldn't be over about 150-200 pesos-$3 or 4 bucks] stay in lighted area's and watch for pickpockets!! also don't take a nap in the airport.no problem, have a great visit
