Grilled fish with avocado & corn salsa

I either used swordfish, barramundi or salmon usually..seasoned with garlic, Chili flakes & olive oil & grilled on med/high heat until flaky in the centre

Whilst the fish is cooking & made a "salsa" by roughly dicing some avocados & ripe tomatoes & combine in a bowl with a can of corn kernels, a tablespoon of lime juice, some chopped cilantro & salt & pepper.

Serve the fish on a bed of salsa & enjoy.
Honestly this is the quickest & yummiest healthy meal ever & only has about 400cal

I also made a minestrone soup to keep handy for lunches..There was no specific recipe but usually consisted of something like this

1 800g can of chopped tomatoes
2 liters of veggie or chicken stock
1 packet of french onion soup powder
1 cup of wholegrain pasta
3-4 cups of fresh diced vegetables (usually zucchini, carrots, potatoes, purple cabbage, onion, garlic)
2 bay leaves & some wustishire sauce

I would sautee the veggies for a minute or 2 in a little olive oil then add the remaining ingredients & simmer until tender. remove the bay leaves & enjoy.

Does apple cider vinegar help you lose weight?

Some small studies have shown that apple cider vinegar can help regulate blood glucose levels, and it does contain beneficial nutrients and fiber. However, it is not any sort of wonder drug.

First off, never drink vinegar straight, always dilute it. Apple cider vinegar is acidic enough to damage the tissue of your mouth and throat if you don't mix it with water or juice.

Second, it's not going to do anything if you're not eating a healthy, balanced diet and exercising. Especially with your weight-loss goal, you need to start cutting calories, taking in more beneficial nutrients and less fats and sugars, and working in some exercise. Start with some simple walking or swimming, then move up to jogging, then running as your body gets more used to it and you don't overexert yourself.

Third, especially if you are diabetic, always always ALWAYS talk to your doctor before you start drinking or taking anything to affect your health.
