I just used Omegle Video chat, where you chat with random strangers and see each other over a webcam, but now I'm freaking out!!! I mentioned my first name, age, and that I live in Northern California. Do you think I'm safe? Will my face go all over the internet? (It was just my face and sweatshirt). Will people be able to track me down? SERIOUS ANSWERS ONLY I'M REALLY SCARED!! :( Will this ruin future job applications for me or anything??
Someone is stalking me on omegle and im freaked the **** out?
so ok i was on omegle today because i was on the advice tag asking for advice on something, and the person prefaced our conversation by asking my name and age. i said my name and age and then i asked them to say theirs and they said no just consider me a stranger. so then i asked them the advice then we resolved it, BUT then at the end i was curious so i said so can u tell me your name and age now? just because i did that to them so i thought it was only fair and i was curious. welllll then they said they already have my age name and know where i live....and i hadn't told them where i was from..i said how do you know where i was from? and they said "......." so i asked how they knew and they said IP ADDRESS and GEO LOCATION. What the hell is that?? and then i was like seriously if you know where i'm from where am i from and they again said "........." they kept deflecting? did they really know where i was from or were they just doing that to screw with me? is it possible to figure that out on omegle? we were only on chat not video. im freaked out.

Ok, So I JUST got a new laptop with Windows 10 installed... Windows Defender is up and working.. But I was stupid to go on Omegle and turn on the webcam (I wasn t showing my face btw) .. and some guy whom wasn t showing his face waved at me and then on the chat popped up "Hi, don t next me for no reason, if you next me I will hack you.." I freaked out and I nexted him and nothing has happened on my computer so far... but I m still paranoid over this... it really freaked me out.. I was on the chat for no longer than 10 seconds... I hope this is just a scare tactic.. Since I didn t stay there for longer than 10 seconds or idk...

Im freaking out and im paranoid about the police! I was chatting on omegle and i have weird fetishes such as spanking and i typed that in and a girl said hey and i said age she said 19 so we talked no video or pics and not really sexual just about spanking! then all of a sudden her grandparents came on and said why are you talking to my 14 year old daugter so i disconnected! should i be scared of going to jail??

I was on Omegle, and Omegle being its self, someone started talking all like they were horny, >u< And I was sitting there freaking out (first time using it) so I clicked the end chat button, then I got out of there and where it says, "Was this a great chat?" I clicked it and it looked like I could comment on the chat with my facebook, so now I am all freaked out that it is going to be posted on my facebook, :c Does it?
