Why do you think Indira Gandhi added the word 'socialist' to the preamble of the constitution of India and what are the significance of declaring India as a socialist country?
In the world of 1970s, Socialism was a potent power across the world and more-so in India. Soviet Union was still calling the shots and there was always an imminent threat of communist revolution over all democracies of the world, be it USA or India.Nehru’s legacy of India had been a Socialist ideal, albeit balanced with some capitalist ideas. India was thus able to set off effectively the risk of a communist revolution by balancing the best of both worlds. Since private companies in India presumably didn’t have the adequate capital to prime India’s economy and infrastructure, Nehruji relied heavily on government projects and welfare schemes for the poor.Indira Gandhi however after becoming the prime-minister in 1966 was a confused person, she sometimes swerved towards capitalism and then turned blatantly towards socialism. She often faced challenges from the Kamaraj-Desai Group of Congressmen who would say that Indira Gandhi had buried Gandhian ideals as well as Nehruvian Socialism.Jai Prakash (JP) Narayan’s movement[1] of 1974–75 was a Socialist movement. JP and his leading team members held massive public rallies avowedly propagating that Indira Gandhi had dumped the interests of the poor and was pandering to interests of the rich and mighty. JP’s movement it grew into such a potent mass movement that Indira Gandhi’s hold over power was shaken. To understand it in present context, compare it to Anna movement of 2011 and multiply the impact by hundred.When Indira Gandhi managed to retain power through Emergency in 1975, she tried to nullify the JP Campaign and thus added socialist ideals in the Preamble of the Constitution, thus projecting to the common public that she had not discarded Nehru’s and Gandhi’s policies altogether, and also to act one up on JP and other leaders like Morarji Desai who had gained lot of power in the public mind through their calls for socialism.Footnotes[1] Bihar Movement - Wikipedia

Keep in mind that I can't speak for all…With that being said, Scorpio males don't just hop in relationships just for fun. They are very particular. They know EXACTLY what they want in a relationship, and they measure their chances of getting what they want. They also desire perfection. Sadly it's true… They want their mate to look the best, make love the best, keep the best attitude, etc. If the female slacks in one of these qualities, the Scorpio could easily find himself outsourcing for multiple women to satisfy his “perfection-thirst”.However, A Scorpio male will negotiate the terms and sort of re-evaluate his needs. That way he remains faithful. So for him to Break up with his mate, it was because she was not to his standards. She slacked in areas, so now he is outsourcing.But he is sticking around… why? Well it's simple really. The quality that you don't slack, he desires. Rather that be sex, a good attitude, funny etc. So he is in a way… using the female. Or is it the other way around? Either way it would help to establish a mutual agreement on what kind of relationship will be had. If not, the female could quickly find herself caught in the Scorpio’s mind games and emotional abuse. I hope this helped.
What is the dark side of a job at TCS?
Oh I'd love to write this.I'm a Computer Science Engineering graduate. It all started with a campus recruitment in our college. They had a target of recruiting around 300 students. To make this happen, they called out candidates from every branch possible. So you see, students from Civil engineering and mechanical engineering etc. also appeared.Their recruitment strategy, like any other company, had two rounds. Written test and interview. Whoever does well in written test will get qualified to personal interview. But guess what. All those who had their PU score more than 80% were qualified directly. Without the test.Now, the personal interview questions were like Which is your favorite subject? Do you know programming? How many programs have you written till today? Etc etc etc...With this standard of interviews, they made their target to about 280 guys.Now the real fun begins. They broke 280 people into two batches, and put one of the batches to something called Application Support. Not even the technical side of it. More worse, some even had to attend calls just like BPO's and deal with customers and their problems on how to use this product.So the great TCS hired a hundred and a half Engineers and made them do a job that even a metric pass can do.This is not all. All of them are working in night shifts.So basically, all that my friends had learnt in 4 years of graduation was dumped into pure bullshit, thereby spoiling their lives forever.Thanks to my poor math skills. I didn't make it in the written test.
