Do you think chubby girls can/could wear Ugg boots?

In the picture, you can see the guy with the motorcycle jacket in the back wearing a mini skirt and boots. I really couldn't believe that I actually saw a man wearing a mini skirt. Formals, semi casuals, pencil or apple cut or jeans... its your choice but my 2 cents on this to create a first impression, with your dress sense.See and stand in front of the mirror to visualize hows your body is built.If you look stout, wear Black. its that color which make you 'look' lean.If you are upper body looks rectangular, then wear Polo Tshirts to cover up that belly fat.If you are skinny or average built, then you could wear a jacket or a cardigan that match the color of your shirt to catch her eye. PS: What you wear is not to hide or fake anything, it is to make you look good.
Girls, do you mind if your bra straps are showing?
I notice many, many girls dressed in tops and dresses that show their bra straps – either the shoulder straps or the band across the back. Do you mind when your bra is showing? Is it only the front of the bra you try to hide? Personally I love so see a bit of a girl's bra showing but I wonder if you're aware of this? (Or even care?!) Love to know your thoughts...

I saw this really nice leather jacket at the mall, and I think I might get it, the problem is that, even though it's for men, it's JUICY COUTURE. It sounds a little bit fruity, you know, but the fit of the jacket is nice. Slim cut, kinda euro-chic style.
