I got a ticket for ARS28-4551 and the cop checked CIVIL citation. I signed the ticket acknowledging reciept of the CIVIL citation. The court, since that ARS code carries criminal charges, filed the case as a CRIMINAL traffic case. I know that they cannot do this and I know that they do dismiss cases like this when it happens.
