Gonna Try Alcohol Beer For The First Time Any Advice

Some advice for a first time drinker?

So there is party coming up (I'm of legal age by the way so don't worry) and I've never drunk before. Except once when I was 16 and I got red wine from the fridge and chugged it. For some reason it's supposed to burn your thoat but it didn't do that to mine so I guess I have a tolerance towards it?
But any tips for a first time drinker
Like I found out that you have to drink something like lemonade before taking vodka

Anything like that , thanks

Will I get sick drinking alcohol my first time?

im gonna try drinking for the first time and im really scared im gonna get sick. will i?
my friends drinks alot & said she she'll watch out for me and take it really slow but im super scared...

First time drinking alcohol?

for the first hour slowly drink about 2 to 3 shots
and have a glass of water after every shot, it dilutes and also hydrates you as alcohol dehydrates your body and also numbs your stomach. dont drink too much as you will get smashed and have a masssive hangover in the morn and trust me u dont want that, yea dont try to drink too much and u might puke as its ur first time, drink lots of water and dont i repeat dont drink very strong stuff voka straight up, dont skull em either if u friends chant u on or stuff just dont do it health is more important u can die from skulling drinks like vodka, try to drink low alcohol percentage drinks, beer would do fine and maybe a little bit of vodka but not too much, also get some carbohydrate into your body like pasta or a nice big solid meal before you go, not too much but something that can help absorb the alcohol, hope this helped have fun

Advice on getting drunk for the first time?

as I am from the UK, 17 is close to the legal requirement for drinking.

stick to one type of drink, I would suggest for your first time something like malibu and coke.
For the love of god dont mix , once you have had your first drink stick only to that drink, otherwise your head will be banging in the morning.

Also prepare well, drink about a pint of water 2 hours before and about a pint of milk 1 hour before your first drink, and have something to eat ( pasta or bread )

your tollerance could be low as your new to this, I would suggest after 3 malibu and cokes you have a little think, dont go over 6.

Now also I know you said you trust the people you are drinking with but do you know all of them really well, alcohol affects people differently, you could find you are a cryer or a cuddler or even a sleeper, if you are any of there some of the guys could take you as cuddling them as a come on, put alcohol into the mix and you could wake up with someone you didnt want to sleep with, and with a little something inside your tummy, So if your going to do this make sure you dont pass out, make sure you are safe, and make sure you have a good time.,

Most of all be carefull

I'm home alone and planning to get drunk for the first time. Safety tips?

2oz. probably won't do much, hiding your keys is a good idea if you think that you're going to want to drive somewhere. I do recommend drinking it with cranberry cocktail juice because it'll make it taste much better. (If you add lemon juice into that mix, you'll get a yummy cocktail.) If you want a light buzz, 2oz. is fine. If you want to get REALLY drunk, you'd have to drink more. I'd recommend drinking no more than 4oz. on your first time, just to get a feel for it. Your plans sound pretty safe so don't worry too much. If you begin to feel sick, go to the bathroom and use it and then drink a lot of water and eat something with carbohydrates in it like crackers. It'll soak up the alcohol in your stomach and make you feel better, most likely (always does with me.)

Getting wasted for the first time, any advice?

I have plans with some new friends to get drunk tonight and want to know if there is any helpful advice to keep this from going horribly wrong. My friends have drank many times before, no they didn't pressure me into this, so this advice is just for me. I don't want advice saying "Don't do it!" or something like that because I have my own reasons for doing this. I'm of a skinny build, 120 pounds, and I'm 17. I know with this small body mass that it wouldn't take much to get drunk but I'm mainly asking how to avoid doing something incredibly stupid, besides getting drunk. If anyone feels uncomfortable giving advice like this to an underage drinker I understand and don't want you to feel like you are going unheard. No my family doesn't know I'm doing this but my brothers are (*Ahem*) Donkey's behinds, and my mom keeps such a tight leash on me, none of my other brothers though, that I feel I need to explore this option because nothing else has ever worked.

15 year old alcohol tolerance?

Hello, I'm a fifteen year old girl who is 5'1" and weighs about 100 pounds. In a few days I'll be going to my first "party party" where you can bet there's gonna be alcohol. I've never drunken anything before, but I definitely want to be able to have a good time.

My question is, what is a safe amount of alcohol for me to consume to still get a teeny bit tipsy, but definitely not drunk or out of control?
Please give your answer in terms of how many of what type of beer. Thanks!
