GTA4 Freezes at Loading screen.....Vlad Mission?
Ok...lmao. I had the same exact problem and I'm going to assume it freezes on the loading screen of the hung out to dry mission given by vlad. Well, I had previously thought it was a great idea to use a cheat code like I did on all my previous gta games....it wasn't. There's something wrong with the cheat codes that makes the games freeze up. I know for 100% fact that's what caused mine to freeze b/c I went back redid it all over again w/o the codes and it works fine now. So if you did in fact use any cheat codes for the game it will make it freeze on loading screens and during game play. ALOT of ppl are blaming Rockstar for the poor design when in fact it was due to using nonofficial cheat codes. Also, if you didn't use any cheats you can email Rockstar tech support and they can in some instances help....it's kida how I found out what was wrong with mine. **SO EVERYONE WHO READS THIS PLZ GET THE WORD OUT CHEAT CODES FOR GTA4 ARE BOGUS AND WILL FREEZE UR GAME**
