(GIRLS) what type of a hairstyle do you like on a guy?
first of all it all depends on what you look like. you dont need to post a picture but look at yourself and make sure the style suits you. There is no fool proof hair style for guys that every girl falls for, its just what makes a guy look put together or like he gets ready in the morning. Also how old are you? that matters too. Also depends what girls you are around. Like if you're around preppy girls or like midwest girls or southern, blah blah blah. How short does your hair have to be for high school wrestling?
The length of hair is supposed to be that your "bangs" have to be out of your face. Out of your face is defined as above your eyebrows. Also, you have to have the hair off of your ears. There is a thing you can get. Girls usually wear them so that they don't have to cut their hair since they have the same hair rules as the guys. You can get something called a "Hair Slicker." There is one at this website, http://www.sunflowerwrestling.com/index.... The reality of it is that you will look completely retarded but at least you will get to keep your hair. I had the same problem when I wrestled. I just cut my hair but I only did that because I went to a private school and I would have had to cut it for school anyway so I just did it. I suggest the hair slicker because no one cares what you look like when you wrestle. You wear a singlet for goodness sake.
Long hair not allowed on guys at private school (Australia)?
Okay so I go to this private school in Australia, and the rule has always been Boys: Groomed and off the collar, ears and face Girls: Tied back (if it is below the collar length) and neatly secured with a hair tie So when I try to grow my hair long, I just get told to cut it. But when his girl in my year shaves her head it is allowed. Doesn't that sort of seem unfair, this school also believes highly in gender equality. So if they recon it is okay for a girl to have a 'guy' hair style, why isn't it okay for a guy to have a 'girl' hair style. Are there any points I can raise which might work in my favour? Or do you think if I just tie my hair in a ponytail (which i can just do) they wont be able to day anything about it?

Why are most schools in the Philippines so strict with guys' haircut? back in high school, the head of the Prefect of Discipline office even interrupted our class and cut my hair infront of my classmates coz he said that they're too long!!!! it was so terrible that I have to had it fixed right after that day. well in fact, my hair weren't even touching my eyebrows!!! same treatment was done to my other classmates. why does it has to be like that? and also one time, I just had a new haircut for a day, but our professor thinks that my hair is still touching my ears. then she grab a pair of scissors and started cutting off my hair!!! I think this haircut being part of proper grooming as an explanation for this just isn't enough. why should filipino boys must have this kind of ideal haircut (as they say) like in this picture even when it doesn't suit everybody? anyone with similar experience? http://static.flickr.com/53/143720990_5c... btw, that pic above is not me.
