Help Cps Need Advice Now

Cps-police took my baby...need advice!!!!!!!!!!?

28 hours ago 4 police officers came barging thru my door because someone called the child abuse hotline. I DO NOT ABUSE MY CHILD! Nor does any form of abuse exist in our life. They didn't ask permission to come in.they didnt show their badge.they humiliated us by making me show them my sons rear end and front..they said they were checking for diaper rash..and of course their was no rash.i am a good mother.i am the best mother i know. my son has never been out of my sight for more than an hour since the day he was born.and the only time i've been away from him is to go to the grocery store once a month. I am still breastfeeding him. He is 18 months old and has never been sick a day in his life. he's never taken medicine. he only eats natural foods without preservatives and artificial flavors. and he is as healthy and loved as he can possibly be.
They have placed my child in foster care because our house was messy. we have a puppy. there was a stain on the floor. whatkindofjusticeisthis

CPS is trying to take my child. ADVICE ?

A cps report has been made against me because I recently moved into my mom s which is unsanitary and dangerous to health. Even though I keep her in my bedroom, they advised me that I leave as soon as possible or they will take my daughter. Can I leave and legally not tell them where I m living, as long as I m not living there?

CPS- child protective services. need help/advice?

First, you have to understand why the daycare reported this. Daycare workers, as well as all doctors, dentists, nurses, teachers, police officers, etc are what they call "mandated reporters". They must report all cases of *suspected* abuse and/or neglect, or face revocation of their license. So the daycare reported it; that doesn't mean that CPS thinks it constitutes neglect or that your child will be removed from your custody. After *suspected* abuse is reported, CPS decides what to do with the case. In this case, it seems they decided it didn't rise to the level of consistent neglect. If every accident did, no one would have custody of their children. If they had felt that your child were in danger, your child would have been removed from your custody already.

Probably the most important thing is that for a child your son's age, if it causes a blistering burn, 2nd degree, you need to take your child to the pediatrician. It can cause an infection. Things will happen, but you need to take care to prevent them. Put a high shelf in your room and put the straightener on it. Baby "proof". Now, there is nothing that is absolutely baby proof. If a YA regular's child pulls the coffee pot off the counter while she is typing away for hours a day, making herself feel very important for correcting your spelling, then it still wouldn't be neglect. If it happened repeatedly, it would be.

My mom threatened to call police and cps, advice?

Today my mom arrived at my apartment. My phone was off, and I didn't hear the ringer(which I doubt she dialed). I have a 8 month old baby, which I had fed, changed, and I put her infront of tv and toys because she loves seasame street. My floors are always clean, and nothing is within reach of her in the living room. I went into my bedroom in my small apartment ( my room has a shutter which sees into the living room btw). Anyways, I know it was wrong. But my daughter had been keeping me up and I WAS tiered. I took a short nap, and I am not a heavy sleeper usually. I also slept naked because I put on the heat, for the baby to be warm, but I hate it when its warm especially under my big blanket.
Anyways, my mom is all of a sudden above me yelling. I didn't know how she got in( she threatned the manager to call the cops on me if he didn't open my door!)
The babies crying now and I'm shocked, my eyes are red. She's yelling why did u leave the baby in the living room and why are u naked! You were sleeping around with someone? I saw a man leave the home, and I know you were sleeping with someone(mind you I am a grown adult) and I had no one sleeping in my home, and I am usually alone. She tells me I didn't answer my door, I must have been on drugs, why are my eyes red. and says she is calling the cops. Then I ask her to leave. She threatens to call the cops, and cps.
I had previously had cps called for an argument with my brother at my home. Anyways, the cps lady had one visit, and said my baby was healthy, I take her to her hospital, and my home is always clean and I don't have a criminal history nor was there any violence in my home and that had been a first. One visit, and that was over.
So now my mom is threatening me with calling them up and having my daughter taken away, and calling the police. She is so paranoid about my personal life. The fact that I smoke cigarettes is another big thing she wants to force me to quit. She told me I have to move in with my sister in law and I have to quit smoking. What can happen to me? What should I do? Im pretty sure if she calls cps, they will just do another investigation, and my babies always fine, but that coming from my mother that im a bad person that's scary. I wish I could just move away! Please help!

Question about CPS (Child Protective Services)?

I'm wrote this from my iphone from school. I'm not worried about the grammar of my long ramble, I'm a nervous wreck. I passed my drug test because I don't do drugs and I had no clue that stuff was in my home. Secondly, any idiot can use a chair to get into a cabinet I realize that, I meant it was in an area where I don't store anything or ever get into. The fact of the matter is, the man was the problem, he's out and I pressed the charges. Everything is good on my side of the matter. They are coming on Wed. to see me and I was just wondering out of curiosity for anyone who's gone through this, if they are closing my case b.c I followed the "safety plan". I appreciate the decent answers. If you don't like what someone writes, why waste time answering some snotty answer? That's the real question I have for you negative people on here. I am a good mother beyond feeding and clothing them. I have a very close bond with my children and couldn't spend a day without them. Thanks.

In need of CPS information/advice for 16 year old lesbian?

My dad and step-mother both called the ER, and she was admitted there.

Of course, we had to tell her parents what was going on.

As soon as she left to go to the ER, we immediately called CPS and let them know what was going on.

My girlfriend is currently in seeking help for the cutting in some sort of medical place.

CPS called me dad back today, and told them that they wanted to talk with me come Monday.

I'm sort of nervous.

But- I want to do whatever I can in order to get her out of that house.

So- I guess my question is.
Would CPS allow a 16 year old whose life is obviously in jeapordy to make the decision on whether or not she should continue living there?

She's going to be a junior in highschool.
This should be one of the happiest times in her life.
But instead, it's completely miserable.

I'm sick of seeing her in constant fear of her dad.
I want to see her happy, and full of life.
I want what's best for her.

Can anyone give me any advice? :/

Child Protective Services (CPS) question?

My daughter has a birth mark on her right hand and someone from her school called CPS regarding it and now my husband and I have to have an interview with the worker regarding it. What will happen? They interviewed my kids at school regarding their punishment at home, chores etc. I do not spank or hit my kids. I do ground them and make them do chores, they also have to do exercises for consequences. (My husband is a personal trainer.)
I have dealt with CPS before, once cause my daughter said my step son twisted her arm, that claim was unsubstantiated and then there was another incident (complete and total accident) I was driving and threw a brush back to my daughter and it happened to hit her just right on her eye which gave her a black eye. This was 3 or 4 years ago and I called her doctor immediately they said to take her to school no big deal blah blah and so I explained to the school what happened but they called the police anyway and in turn CPS got called. I was never arrested or charged for child abuse or anything but they said they were documenting it in case anything else ever came up.
Her birth mark looks like a bruise but it's not it is a birth mark and she doesn't have bruises anywhere else or anything like that.
I am scared, I'm pregnant and can't calm down. I know I didn't do anything wrong but am scared of the unknown. If anyone knows anything that can reassure me please tell me. Will they take my kids for something like this?
