How can i get better by tomorrow?

I've been really sick before and still had to work, because I needed money bad. I was terribly congested, with sore throat, loss of voice, headache bad and nauseous. I took day quill right before I left, also drank some theraflu. Worked great!!! Day quill always works good if you need to temporarily feel back to normal. It lasts about 4- 6 hrs and when I drank theraflu with it I felt sooo much better. Of course until it wore off. And I had to take it again. Anyway, that combination would be a quick and easy, although temporary, solution.

How can I feel better by tomorrow?

Drink plenty of fluid (water, juice, squash) but not fizzy. That's disgusting to drink when you're sick, lol. Make sure you take your medicine every four hours (or whatever it says on the box) and having lots of sleep and just resting with a glass of water, a sick bucket, and drugged up on pills. Before you go to bed, have a warm shower/bath (they always make you feel sooo much better) and then just sleep.

But tbh, if I was sick, I'd still go to that awards ceremony. Not recommending it, though.

What are you going to do today to make the better tomorrow (future)?

Well, If you want to make your future better, not mere thought of it would do any help. Nor your prayers. Only if you work towards that certain goals in your life.Make that progress. All of us wants to be successful in life.Everyone wants to be successful. Not everyone works towards their goals. Here’s a thing : If you’re inside water you can hold your breath for few seconds. After which you’ll need oxygen to breathe. At that instant do you care about your favorite football match on TV. Do you even think of the last time you had your favorite food. Do you think of what really the time is? All you can think of is : To get some Fresh Air. Nothing else matters. That intensity of confidence is what you’ll need and work towards your goals. If you want to be happy in life. Take the pain now. Think of yourself becoming a successful person. Won’t you be happy if it happened to you?Never pray for rain if you don’t pray for sun. So there are going to be hardships. You’ll be left with challenges. Not everyone makes through it. Because anyone can give up."Man cannot discover new oceans unless he has the courage to lose sight of the shore." - Andre GideStart from today. Remember there is this constancy ;Time. Everyday is just 24 hours. Time lost is lost. Don’t waste it.I believe this : You’ll only believe in god only if you believe in yourself. But when you question your own belief its over. All you need to do is WORK NOW

Please help! I have a performance tomorrow and I feel sick!?

I always make sure to get plenty of sleep, eat a good breakfast and then warm up as much as possible. Right before the performance I also do breathing counts. Breathe in while counting to 3, breathe out till the count of 6, breathe in to the count of 4, breathe out to the count of 8 and so on. This makes your body get into rhythm and you will be amazed how calm you will be for the performance.

I have the common cold, any advice to get better before tomorrow?

Hi,

The best possible thing you can do is drink a lot of water. Ever wonder why the doctor always says drink plenty of fluids? It flushes your body of the toxins. Drink as much possible water as you can take in. Other than that take medicine. The medicine will hide your symptons so you feel better. It kind of tricks your brain into thinking that you are better, thus, making it fight off the cold way faster. It's kind of like the scientists that gave test subjects fake pills for their headaches telling them it was a new pill that gets rid of it very fast. Even though there was nothing in the pills, they all claimed it was so great and that it got rid of their headaches extremely fast. Haha, tricking the mind really works! SO, just drink A LOT of water, get your medicine, and try eating healthy foods. Tomatoes are known to help get over colds as well.

P.S.
Don't work out. It will make you sweat and possibly relieve some of the toxins in your body, but after your done, instead of your body focusing on fighting your cold, it will dedicate time on repairing your muscles from the workout, recovering from it. And since it can't dedicate everything to recovering from the workout, your muscles in turn will feel very sore and you'll feel like you have the flu .
