That issue is usually caused by either a severe drop that damaged or loosened and internal connections, or the screen was replaced by a third party display of low quality. Try sticking a sticky note to the front of your phone. If it sticks, you have a third party display and were likely ripped off by a repair shop or whoever sold you the phone. If it's a genuine display, take it to the Apple Store and they'll take a look at it. They can reseat all the connections and that may be all it takes to fix it.

Yes… I faced the same issue sometime ago. After a long search found the fix.Fix : you need to disable the selfie photo mirror option from the front cam settings.Toggle the button against the mentioned option. Your selfie cam starts working fine.It's a bug. Report it in playstore or send mail to moto complaint mail id.Thank you.

The video below was originally shot in portrait.First, select the clip to be resized (a selected clip is outlined in yellow in the timeline). Notice a magnifying glass appearing in the top-right corner of the preview pane.2. Tap the magnifying glass. A “Pinch to zoom video” tooltip appears.3. You can now resize the video as you wish. Bear in mind that resizing it to a square will result in black bars on either side. Why does AssistiveTouch always randomly disappear once in a while on my iPhone 6?
I do not know the exect reason for that glitch. But if you are so much heavily relying on Assistive touch there is one simple solution to turn on/off. Just assign triple click function of home button gesture to enable/disable Assistive touch.
