My cartilage piercing gets stuck?!!?
I got my cartilage pierced a few weeks ago and i've been taking care of it really well and it hasnt been bother me. but it has started to get stuck in the hole. i try to move it around but it won't budge so i have to get some soap in the hole and twist it a little until i can move back and forth. why is this? there isn't a ton of gunk or anything either! thnks!

The longer you leave it the more chance there is of it causing an infection or having skin grow over it. Try using a salt water solution to flush the hair off.. or if it's not too painful a cotton bud soaked in the salt water solution.

Go to your piercer. If you try push it too hard or force it you'll hurt your ear and could cause an infection
Cartilage piercing earring is stuck?
I got my ear cartilage pierced a few days ago. However my ear started to swell and become red with throbbing pains since yesterday to now. There are no crustaceans or pus, just swelling and red. My cartilage piercing has no room and is hugging onto my skin which is very painful :( I've tried removing the back so that i can loosen the earring, but the back is stuck, and it's too painful to try and pull it out! I've been doing salt soaks ever since i've gotten it pierced, and i've iced my ear but it's still in throbbing pain. What do i do? :(

Try seeing a piercer first (as that is probably cheaper and they often have more experience with this than with a doctor) and see what they say first as they might have a few tricks. Try and get your hands on some saline solution from a chemist, it is just salt in water, but it is 100% sterile and is a lot easier to apply. Don't try and force it out or put any pressure on it as it will just make matters worse, go out and see someone for help as the longer you leave it the worse it will get. How to get hair that's stuck in your cartilage piercing out?
i have really long hair and i just got my cartilage piercing a month ago so i cant take it out yet at least thats what they told me.so the problem is my hair is getting tangled up with the piercing and right now i have string of hair stuck in it and i cant take it out, what should i do? PLEASE HELP

I had that happen a few times.. It was hard. I tried to use two pairs of pliers, one to grab onto the ball and one to grab onto the ring, should come off.. If not, my other experience, I had to cut the the ring in half with cutters, it sucked but it came out. Good luck! You could also try to soak your ear, then dry it off, then try with fingers again. (:
My cartilage earring is stuck !!!?
i pierced my cartilage about a month ago with a self piercer. its one of those things where you press the button and the earring goes into place with the back in it. now i want change the earring and the back of the earring is stuck on there. the back is round at the end and its on reaaaaally tight. so how do i take it outt???
