1994 Dodge Dakota Overdrive Issues not working help!!!!!!!!?
1994 Dodge Dakota just bought it and the overdrive switch doesnt do anything if you push it but you can clearly tell the truck is running in overdrive off... I would love to take this truck down the hwy and not kill the engine or tranny so please do you know what could be wrong? Before you answer I changed the switch today no difference. I changed the speed sensor and the nuetral sensor on tranny no difference. What could cause this tranny to not go into overdrive on??? I know alot of people may say the tranny o/d silenoid but the switch wont even switch on or off. This V6 94 has the switch for overdrive not located on the steering column ... Any help would be appreciated..It has to be something simple..All gears shift fine...I just hate burning up sooo much gas I dont haul anything and would just like my truck to run correct. Gary

Babysitting issues please help?
I've been babysitting a family for about 5 weeks now. My hourly rate was a couple dollars more than they were looking to spend but they hired me anyways. Every week they have been asking me to work less and less, to a point where I've only worked three hours last week and I thought this would be a 12+ hr/week job initially. I did some detective work and found out this family has hired a cheaper babysitter to do most of the hours during the week and they only give me two-three in the morning to just drop off their kid at school. They have not told me about this other babysitter and have been lying to me saying "oh my kid is gonna be going to her friends house all week so we don't need you" when in reality they are paying ANOTHER babysitter behind my back. What do I do? Should I just confront them and quit?
TRANE Gas Furnaces issue, help!?
TRANE Gas Furnaces issue, help! Make/Model: TRANE TDE080A945M1 What’s working: The fan motor part is working and rotating fine (so blower unit is working fine) What’s not working: no flame, just fan. The flame will probably show up 1 out of 30 or 40 tries. But most of the time no flame at all. What’s the error message: LED shows 4 Flashes ---per manual it’s “ Open Temperature Limit Circuit” What’s replaced: Open Temperature Limit Circuit already replaced. Result: same issue. I am sure Open Temperature Limit Circuit is no longer the issue as we have had used multimeter to make sure it’s “CONDUCTING” (CLOSED CIRCUIT) at normal room temperature. We have also used a paperclip wire to basically skip this safety switch altogether. But still NO FLAME at all when we turn up the temperature from our thermostat It appears to me there are total of 4 Temperature based safety switches (1 mentioned above which is inserted into the metal tube) 2 on the metal part next to where gas goes in, 1 in the duct. And did check all 4 to make sure it is “on” (closed circuit) at normal temp. I also notice there is a PRESSURE SENSOR which I am NOT sure if it’s suppose to be conducting or NON-conducting at the normal air pressure! But when I blow or suck on it it did toggle between on/off (conducting / NON-conducting) We also checked the little transformer to make sure it’s taking in 110 and output 24 volts (which it is, 117V/27V respectively) The other thing we tried is bypass the pressure switch by using paper clip to connect the wires together. Still no luck (no flame) AT this point I began to suspect if it’s the mainboard issue?!?! My first question is Is the PRESSURE SENSOR supposed to be conducting or NON-conducting at the normal air pressure? What else can I try to troubleshoot from here? Any suggestion is appreciated.

Try different approaches, like working on one item until it's completely done, working with another person, getting some sort of tutor or relaxing properly when you get home. As for that last suggestion, maybe you just need to relax for an hour or so (give or take...) before you begin homework. This may involve eating or drinking something healthy and doing some activity which you enjoy. It's normal to finish an assignment that same day itself. Since you have a lot of work, try to complete a whole assignment at once if that's possible. Also, perhaps you can take small breaks during a big assignment - still finishing it eventually but not leaving it for later. I only ever kept one journal and that was through a suicidal stage following a breakup prior to being diagnosed with anxiety and depression.I’d spent six months bottling everything up, locked myself away from friends and family and was drinking heavily. I had suicidal thoughts and was angry all of the time. The only escape was tormented sleep.The first thing that kick-started my road to recovery, the very first thing I did was to write down everything that was going on in my fractured mind. I remember doing it. I was on a long weekend walk, sat on a wall, and it all came out onto the pages. How I felt about her, how I felt about me, what I thought I had lost, everything.That first step then led me to then see a doctor who prescribed antidepressants and counselling. And at any point after I could look back into that journal and see how far I had come.That journal was written at my lowest point, and I think that writing it helped me decide to save my own life.
