Broken laptop hinge, whats the cost to get it fix?

My ASUS Laptop's hinge cover came off.?
Please tell me if there is a way to attach it back or if I must go to a professional to get it fixed. The laptop is still functioning properly. I have an ASUS X553SA. Please help! Thank you.
What problem occurs when a hinge of a laptop is broken?
In my experience, it means your laptop is physically screwed.I had an HP Compaq laptop which I had to change only because of this hinge problem. Due to the damage the screen cannot open and close. I had it repaired 2–3 times from different service shops but each time it broke again after 1–2 months. Finally I had to let go of it and get a laptop with a better build.
What kind of laptop cooler do I need for Asus G501?
I have a Asus G501, and it's really thin, but it gets burning hot next to the hinge since the only vents are right below the hinges, and I sure the GPU and CPU is right near the hinge too. I bought a lotfancy laptop cooler but it didn't cool it down since there are no vents beneath the laptop. I think it have been damaged by the immense heat of the laptop because one of the fan doesn't work now and it blows slow warm airs. Please recommend me on what kind of cooler that can cool this. It gets really hot playing Witcher 3 The Wild Hunt. Also give me a link on Amazon for the suggested cooler and feel free the search Asus G501 up.
