If you’re really a 12 year old girl, first thing I would say is relax and enjoy being 12.The thing about eating fruits and veggies is good advice. Try to eat as many fruits and veggies as possible. They’ll never make you fat and they’ll give you nutrition you need.If you can switch over to eating primarily fruits and veggies, real whole food, you’ll be a lot healthier in the long run.At 12, all you have to do is eat healthy and move a little.I mean ride a bike, play some sports, go on walks. Just being an active 12 year old will help you balance out your weight.Don’t worry about it. How can a 12 year old lose weight? I weigh 125 pounds and am 5'1. Please answer fast!?

Okay you have to be mature enough to handle it and you have to remember yout limits and not get carried away. The way I lost weight and it was quick. Was that I ate a really good breakfast. A light lunch and by six' o clock no more food for the rest of the day. In the morning its okay because you walk around and do work so you can work off your weight, but at night when you eat you go to sleep and don't work off what you ate. As your stomach gets used to it you move the time up so when you can handle it, move the stop eating time to 4' o clock or something. When your really hungry those hundred calorie snacks are good and it helps to keep yourself out of the kitchen & kill time before you sleep (read, watch movies etc). BUT MOST IMPORTANT ALWAYS EAT A BIG BREAKFAST AND DON'T STARVE THE ENTIRE DAY.

Hey,ten is maximum,do not try higher than 10kg!!,if carried more ur balls will become higher than each other or one of the balls will be bigger than the other,I have this becuz I used to lift more than 20 kg when I was just 10,so becarfull man,u don't wanna spoil ur body,just to show ur friends that u r body builder,so becarfull,thank u!
