How can I conceal throwing knives?

So I have some 12 inch throwing knives(yes I know they are big I'm going to get some smaller onces to carry, but anyways how can conceal the, in public I know the inside boot technique but I don't wear boots often so what are some other ways I can conceal throwing knives ps they have a leg sling but if I wear it it's on the outside of my pants, and if you have techniques that only work with smaller knives still share them, and if you know of any websites where I can get custom sheaths/slings to conceal better add those as well...

Throwing knives in Missouri?

I purchased a set of 3 throwing knives and was curious of the legality of carrying them in Missouri. I would obviously carry them only for protection. I am 18 years old. The blades all fit into one sheath. The knives themselves are 6 inches long, with a 3 inch blade, respectively.
I found this page containing Missouri knife laws, but I'm not quite sure how to interpret the text, as it doesn't mention throwing knives. http://pweb.netcom.com/~brlevine/mo.txt
Would it be legal to carry these blades in their sheath, concealed, on my person?

Are throwing knives illegal in California?

Switch-blades and similar knives with blades 2 or more inches long cannot be carried on the person or possessed in a car in a public place, concealed or not. (Pen C sec. 653k.)

Every fixed-blade knife (which would include throwing knives) is a "dirk or dagger" under Pen C sec. 12020, which means it cannot be carried CONCEALED. (Openly carried in a sheath at the waist is not concealed.) Some devices which hide knives, like cane swords, lipstick case knives, etc. (which would not seem to include throwing knives), are illegal to possess, as are shuriken (throwing stars), also under section 12020. It is not illegal to carry a concealed knife which is not a dirk or dagger (e.g., a closed pocket knife).

Other than that, I know of no prohibition upon openly carrying a throwing knife, other than in particular places where knives may be prohibited, such as schools or public buildings. If any of the people posting here know of a statute which would prohibit the open carrying of a throwing knife in California, I would welcome a reference to it. I know of none.

Throwing Knives, Legal to own and Use in California?

Yes ...

Please see also California Penal Code section 12020.
A dirk or dagger includes throwing knives, not to be confused with a shuriken (a Chinese throwing star), or a ballistic knife (what the Punisher killed Harry Heck with).
Look into hunting licenses as far as the future is concerned.

Razor Throwing Cards and Knife Laws?

My friend keeps a pocket knife on him at all times for the sake of protection. I'm a card player and have developed a very steady hand when it comes to throwing cards. With a little practice, I'm sure I could throw the cards in the link below just as accurately -

http://www.gungfu.com/htm-weapons/japanese-weapons/weapons-japanese-weapons-throwing-stars-metal-playing-card.htm

I'm intending to get a set to carry on me for the same purpose. The only thing that concerns me is knife and concealed weapon laws. Please advise on what exactly would be considered legal. I'd intend to simply have them within a small pouch on my belt. Would that be considered illegally carrying a concealed weapon? I looked for the laws in my state [Louisiana] but it only covers knives, and I'm not sure what exactly these would be classified as.

Small crossbow vs Bow vs throwing knives for an assassin?

Thinking of doing someone in? Here's the deal on throwing knives. They work great in the movies, eh? Not so much in real life. I've been throwing knives since around 1965. Fun. Not for killing people. Let's just say that throwing knives at a fixed-distance target is relatively easy, and throwing at a target (like a human) at an unknown distance who may also be moving around.... Hideously difficult.
Also, even if you hit the victim, the knife stays in the wound... Not much bleeding.

Only for the movies.

Small crossbow? Small means...Not very powerful. Crossbows used in war were big, complex, and needed complicated levers or cranks to ready for shooting. Not a good idea for an assassin.
Bows, as noted, are pretty bulky. As well the arrows.
Know what most historical assassins used prior to the invention of gunpowder? Knives. The stiletto was invented for this purpose. A small, slim blade only for stabbing. Easy to conceal.

What is better in combat a tomahawk or throwing knife?why?

Answer: Tomahawk

Why?
Throwing knives are more slender, more easily concealed, potential of carrying more on your person.
A Tomahawk on the other hand is more bulky and much more difficult to conceal.

But the Tomahawk takes the lead because it's a subsonic cruise missile capable of traveling over 1,000 miles at 550mph, delivering payloads ranging from 1,000 pounds of conventional high explosives to a 5-150 kiloton thermonuclear warhead!
