How Can I Get W2 For 2013

How can I get W-2 forms from Macy’s as I’m not working there anymore?

You don’t get it online. Macy’s will mail it to you by February 1, if they have your current address. If they don’t, call them and give it to them and they’ll make sure they send it to you. Trust me, they not only are required by law to send it to you, they WANT to do so (otherwise they couldn’t write off their expenses for what they paid you and for their match of your Social Security and Medicare withholdings). If you don’t have your W-2 from them by Valentine’s Day, you’ll need to call them to get it or you won’t be able to file your taxes.Happy tax season!

Where can I find my TJ Maxx W-2 for 2013?

Hello! I worked at TJ Maxx during 2013 and have not received a W2. I could be that I'd signed up to receive it electronically, but I haven't received any e-mails about it and don't know where to look online to sign in. I can't even find an HR number to call and ask.

Any advice would be appreciated - thank you!!

How do I get my Walmart W2 if I am no longer employed there?

Your W-2 will be mailed to you, to the last known address Wal-Mart has on file for you. If you have moved since you left Wal-Mart’s employ, you should contact Wal-Mart’s corporate HR office to update your mailing address. An employer does not have the option to distribute W-2s to terminated employees electronically in lieu of by mail. While an employer may allow terminated employers continued access to its electronic documentation system in order to access copies of their W-2s electronically, they’re not required to by law; technically, your consent to receive your W-2 in electronic form lapsed when your employment terminated. Most large employers, however, do allow former employees at least limited access to their document system. However, employers are required by law, with regard to each employee who was employed during the prior calendar year, but who is no longer employed by that employer on January 31st, to mail that former employee his or her W-2 or or before January 31st, unless it was actually delivered to the former employee by some other means prior to January 31st.

How do I get my W-2 form from Winn-Dixie?

If you are all right with getting that information online, you can go to Login Page - PaperlessEmployee.com, register and then just print it out from any printer and that would be that.

I moved during 2013. My company paid for the moving expense and paid a lump sum. My W2 has included the lump sum amount, but there is no "P" shown under box 12. Should I file for Form 3903?

You should report it as income, file form 3903 (moving expenses), and deduct your expenses from that form on 1040 line 26.  In order for an employer to put a "P" in box 12, it must have an accountable plan approved by the IRS. Your employer probably does not have one. That means the IRS cannot rely on the employer's classification of which expenses are deductible. If you are audited, you will have to substantiate their deductability.

How can I get my W-2 forms if I can't access my online employee account, where they are stored?

You can get them in one of two places:IRS, as described by the other answers.Your former employer. Contact your former company’s payroll department. They should have a paper copy on file (or be able to reprint it for you).If you wish to avoid this problem in the future, next time, retain a copy for your records, as you were instructed to on the W-2 form (you were issued three copies; federal, state and your records).

Should I fill two set of W-2 (and other forms) since I worked in company A from Jan 2013 to October 2013 (left company A in Oct 2013), then started working for company B from Dec 2013 till now?

It is very likely that you will have to file a US Federal return (1040NR) and state tax returns for the states in which you earned income in 2013, although without a full review of your situation it's impossible to know for certain what your filing requirements may be. Each company for which you worked should have already provided you with a Form W-2 - you don't fill those out, the employers do.You should engage a qualified tax professional with international tax experience in your location. Multiple state tax filings can be complex under the best of circumstances, then when you throw in the F1/OPT on top of that it can be even more challenging.

How do I print my W2 offline for Burger King?

The only way you, as an employee, are going to be able to get your W2 is:If they provided you a web portal (doubtful?) you could get it there. This would be “online” thoughIf your local store is able to print one for you, ask themMost likely you’ll have to contact the corporate office and have them mail one (if they haven’t already). This would be your most foolproof option.
