How Can I Grow Up My Bear And Mustache More Frequent

How can I grow a beard faster at 14?

At 14, it is quite common to have a thicker mustache than beard. In fact, even among certain racial groups who are notorious for beard growth (Puerto Rican and Arabic peoples tend to grow facial hair faster than white guys for example), there is still a chance that it won't all grow in right away.

Shaving does not actually cause hair to thicken. It's actually a mental trick because it will seem like it's growing back faster in 2-3 weeks than it did throughout the rest of the time you've been able to see your face.

Genetics are finicky in a way actually. I for example have much more chest hair than my dad and both my grandfathers, but a very slow-growing beard with an empty patch on my neck, whereas they never had any problems with facial hair.

Habitual factors include how much testosterone your body is actually circulating, (so long as you have the genes to have hair there), and diet. Eating foods rich in fats and oils, as well as soy can decimate your ability to grow facial hair. This, along with genetics is one reason why native Asians have trouble. Eating a lot of fruit and dark vegetables, however, increases beard growth.

Increasing testosterone production is also key. Being exposed to women you find sexually appealing, working out, being athletic, and avoiding drugs and alcohol can all increase testosterone production. As crazy as it may sound, masturbation is another way to get testosterone flowing, as it requires your body to replenish its sperm count more often. Doing the above, along with maintaining a healthy diet should be all you need.

If you want another boost, supposedly, olive oil, rubbed on the skin for 15 minutes prior to bathing has been said to help. However, to be honest, you're still a kid, and so your body is probably not quite ready for a full beard yet. It's not a matter of looks or aesthetics, but rather just your body saying that you having a full face of fur is not as important physically.

Finally, there is no estimate I can give for how long it will take for your beard to flourish. The way you're going, you'll probably be able to grow one by 18, but in reality, I know 15-year-olds with full beards, and I know men in their 40s who could never grow one. In your 30s, I can say that you will probably experience another change which will lead to thicker facial hair, and another change in voice and physical appearance, but I can only estimate.

Has masturbating caused growth of mustache and beard?

No, masturbating has nothing to do with it. Genetics do, but not masturbation. If it did, your whole class would have facial hair. Trust me, they all do it too.

Does shaving facial hair make it grow faster? I’m a 15-year-old, and I had long sideburns with a faint moustache, but I shaved it off. Will it grow thicker and faster?

My opinion is that a young man should shave his face regularly until a real beard is possible later in life. The factors which will help your facial hair grow thicker and faster are the same ones which will prevent you from going bald and promote a healthy life in general.Regular exerciseRegular aerobic and strength exercise builds your testosterone, especially things like squats which work your thighs.2. Healthy dietVitamins, minerals, nutrients, (a healthy diet basically) will help all parts of your body function best, including your facial hair growth.3. Reduce stressChronic stress releases a chemical known as cortisol into your body, and it has all sorts of negative effects. Joint pain, fatigue, hair loss, etc. So if you're constantly stressing about that test, or that girl, or whatever you let get to you, you'll feel it and your hair will grow slower. Men who are chronically stressed experience early balding, too. I'm of course speaking in general terms; genetics plays a role as well.4. Quality restOne key to a balanced life is knowing when to rest. It is part of reducing stress, it is a part of a good workout routine, it is very important not to overwork yourself. Get a full night's sleep every night while you still can.5. Be OK with who you areI remember in high school there were a few guys who could grow beards so thick they looked like ewoks or wookies. Other people could barely grow 10 little hairs on their chins by the time they graduated. Everybody is different. Accept what is (that you are a teenager and an ability to grow a full beard shouldn't be expected) and focus on improving all aspects of your life as you grow up. I'm 25, and I grow thick hair on my neck but it's still patchy on my cheeks so I've decided to embrace the clean shaven look and grow a beard when my face is good and ready.
