What is the best way to lose 70 pounds in 9 months?

Exercise each muscle group twice per week using at least low/moderate resistance exercises and the appropriate amount of reps to challenge them. Once or twice per week, go walking, hiking, cycling or whatever.

Find out what your daily caloric need is for your body (assuming activity/exercise), and then eat a *healthy* diet of just a few hundred calories less than that. Don't starve your body of food or nutrients past that amount, or you will only screw yourself.

A healthy diet means very little (if any) processed sugars or junk carbohydrates...only consume sugars/carbs from what you get from a good variety of different colored veggies and fruits (with the occasional whole grain like brown rice if you want). It's VERY important to get a good amount of the healthy fats (& Omega3 fats) that your body needs to maintain function/balance, like what you get from nuts, etc. Don't worry, dietary fat intake (even saturated) has nothing to do with fat storage on your body, in the absence of a high sugar/carb diet (that's what makes you fat). Be sure to eat about 70-80% of your body weight in pounds as quality protein grams daily...you have to feed your muscles to keep them strong & burning energy/calories like only they can.

Other things to boost your fat burning ability & metabolism includes drinking (non-sugar) tea several times a day (between meals preferably) and taking ascorbic acid (vitamin C) doses throughout the day, which add up to about 500-600mg total daily.

If you follow that advice, you will lost (on average) 8-10 pounds per month, which is considered optimal healthy weight loss. Remember, you don't want to lose muscle while you lose fat, as it sabotages your body's ability to burn fat/calories (muscles are you primary energy/calorie burners, 24-7, even at rest).

Is it possible to lose 90 pounds in 6 months?

I lost 25lb in two moths. I bet you can. You have to make sure that you are changing your workouts often. if you don't change your workouts your body will get used to them and you will stop getting results. Also, hit the gym. More muscle burns more fat. If you are a woman dont be scared to lift weights, you cant get as big as guys because you don't have enough testosterone.
