You can zip files which compresses them, if you do not have this facility on your computer then a good free one is 7zip, see link below. I am told by my man a computer geek that this is a good safe program. Then you right click on the file it will then give you the option to zip the file and email it, your recipients can then unzip the file, microsoft has this facility, back to it's original size.
