How Can I Stop Eating From Kfc I Go There At Least 3 Times A Week

I cant stop eating mcdonalds?

I wish I knew the answer! I eat it every day !!! if it's not every day its more then it's 3-4 times a week too.
I now weigh 65kg and I never seem to gain weight but I only get floppy bits. I want to stop, but every time I smell or see it, I HAVE to eat it. I always eat a LRGE DBL Cheese Burger Meal w/o onions and pickles and I just can't stop eating it either.

I think it's all in our mind. They more you think about it, the more you want it, so your body thinks you need it and then you will eat it.

You have to tell your brain that your not hungry, or eat before going out so that you don't feel hungry and don't have that need to buy it or eat it. You can try many things to avoid eating it that much and to start you need to have a plan.

My plan started today. I started going to the gym and will continue this twice a week Tuesday and Fridays. I have to back away from McDonald's and think about what I want my body to look like and how much longer I want to live for. McDonald's is taking over my life. I am not going to let it take over my body too,

Be strong, write a list of idea you can do to keep away from it, and stick to it.

all the best

If i stop eatting will i get skinny?

If you stop eating you will get skinnier for a minute but then when you eat again you will gain it all back. It is the worst thing to do. Make sure you eat breakfast in the morning. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Drink lots of water and cut out any soda that you drink. Also exercise at least three times a week. I had back surgery so I gained some weight. I now take doctor prescribed weight loss pills. I have been taking them for a month. These pills are not the over the counter junk like Hydroxycut or anything. They make me so I'm not as hungry. I eat in the morning, and I make sure I eat snacks and lunch and dinner. But I eat alot less. I also do pilates three times a week. You can get the windsor pilates circle workout off line for 15.00. This tape is only 20 minutes long and I do it at least 3 times a week. I haven't been going to the gym lately because I go to college full time, work, and volunteer. I have lost 10 lbs. in one month!! But don't get the cheap pills. You can ask a weight loss doctor but sometimes they won't give them to people. Good Luck.

How do I stop eating junk food?

Eat it everyday. Yes. That’s how I got over it.When I was in college, I used to eat outside, daily. And you know that food outside is crap. It’s junk.I ate and ate and ate and I got done with it. I got fed up of it. I couldn’t take it any more. I craved for home cooked food. I craved for food prepared by my mother.Thank god!Well no, that’s not the right way. Here is what i would recommend.Keep a healthy snack option with you always - It could be anything. A banana, an apple, some roasted peanuts or even a full fledged meal packed in an air tight container. If you are outside and you do not have any options, you will succumb to junk food. Of course, you have to. I mean you can not die of starvation.Drink water - There are times when we look at the poster “it’s finger lickin good” and we start feeling hungry. Isn’t it? Instead of stepping inside the junk food parlor, drink water. Many a times the body is just dehydrated and needs water. Don’t load it with junk.Eat more protein - Protein has a complex structure. The body takes a little while to break it down. So when we eat protein we fill satiated for longer time.Cravings last for 10 minutes - If you can stop yourself for 10 minutes, you, my friend, have won the battle. There is this trick. Tapping the forehead for 30 seconds. Try it next time when you get junk food cravings. To know more about it checkout this video.6 Easy ways to stop cravings | Try this 30 second TrickThere is nothing that beats home cooked meal, I bet.

Eating KFC everyday. Is this healthy?

As your metabolism slows down your body will stop burning fat like it does when your a teenager. You're going to start seeing a large increase in weight and body fat if you continue eating like that. Not to mention, eating that much fast food at such an often interval you will also most likely see serious heart problems in the future. The fact that you say every other food tastes like crap is unbelievable, you do realize what you eat at kfc and especially McDonald's has a lot of fake meat and preservatives, not to mention the grease that it's all soaked in really shouldn't make it taste all that delicious. I can't imagine that there is no food besides kfc and McDonald's that you like. What do you get from McDonalds, burgers? Go to the store and buy your own meat to make burgers with, same thing but ways to make it healthier. If you want to start eating healthier, then you need to do it. Fast food isn't going to help you eat healthy nor will it help you stay healthy.

Is it ok to eat fast food once a week?

pth, you're talking to the girl who used to eat out almost 3 times a day.
I quit that habit though....39 days w/o fast food or take out was brutal...but eating out once a week is no big deal.
just as long as you, ya know, make your meals at home besides that.
my mom tells me how going to McD's was a treat for them.
nowadays it's conman.
Which is why ppl are obese nowadays....
try to treat it as a treat rather than a lifestyle =)
And I think once a week is fine, really.

How do you keep from eating junk food?

thats how i am totally!!! im 17 and i live in a house where my mom cant stop buying junk. so im sure ur an adult, then my advice is DONT buy it. if when u shop u cant stop buying it, shop at a place like Trader Joe's where u dont have many junky temptations to buy. my mom is always offering to buy me junk, she is like "do u want this, do you want that?".....what u need to do when ur around relatives who eat junk, is train urself to just say NO. sometimes before i even think, the word no just comes out, ive trained myself to turn down many things even before i realize that i really do want the candy, etc. so try those tips, good luck

p.s. keep urself busy, u will forget to eat when ur not hungry. i was on a trip last year to NY and i forgot to eat where i almost passed out lol, im not saying to do that, im just saying that it will cause u to only eat when ur hungry

Can you lose belly fat by eating less?

yeah, I do that.

what I do to lose weight is extremely simple- I eat 500 fewer calories than my body needs every day, and in one week, I lose a pound because a pound=3500 calories. -500 (calories per day) x 7(days per week) =-3500.

you need to find out what your BMR is. do a google search for a BMR calculator. my BMR is 1300, so I need 1300 calories per day.
1300-500=800.

so I eat 800 calories per day.

breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner are all 200 calories.

I can eat whatever I want, as long as it stops at 200 calories.

I like eating healthy though, so I eat :

breakfast: 1 1/2 cups of All Bran Wheat flakes (provides 10 grams of fiber and a good amount of protein, I can't remember the exact number)

lunch: a turkey sandwich, I use 5 thin slices of publix oven honey roasted turkey, healthy life 35 calorie per slice bread, and half a tablespoon of light mayo. (17 g protein)

snack: south beach diet peanut butter and chocolate meal bar (15g of protein)

dinner: I change it up at dinner every night, but I make sure that the main part of my portion is protein.

protein keeps you fuller longer, I definitely recommend those protein bars. any protein bar should be fine, aim for at least 10g of protein in them though

and I allow myself one serving of negative calorie fruit or vegetables, such as cantaloupe, an apple, carrots, asparagus, etc.

thats what I do, it works wonders! you can exercise if you want to, but you don't have to.

also, I drink at least 5 glasses of water per day

allow your stomach time to feel full after you;ve eaten. eat slowly, and then wait twenty minutes, and you'll feel full. don't just keep eating if you don't feel full immediately after a meal

Is eating KFC every day healthy for a 17 year old?

Not at all. You start to build plaque in your arteries from very little. So that greasy burger you ate when you 5, you started to put plaque in your arteries. Besides, that food will catch up on you quick! Not just in weight gain, but in decrease energy and sex drive. You can lose weight, but you can reduce the plaque in your arteries. Sorry to say...I wish I could eat the tasty food like that everyday!

Eating Junk Fast Food Everyday.?

I see you have a genuine problem there. You can tackle this problem with a bit of practical thinking. Basically, you must take care to avoid excess intake of junk factors in food, for example -
1) The junk factor of pizzas if the excess cheese topping and the pizza base of refined flour. So, you order a pizza, without the extra cheese topping, instead ask for more veggies on it
2) The junk factor in burgers is the refined flour of the buns, and the oodles of mayonnaise & butter added to the filling. So, here again, order with less of mayonnaise & butter. also consume burger as a 'meal' and not as a 'snack'.
3) Chinese foods sold outside contain high amount of Monosodium Glutamate (MSG), which is a flavour enhancer and a health hazard. so go slow on it
4) At least 2 or 3 days in a week, take home whole wheat bread to have for B'fast or Dinner
5) Take plenty of fruits and salads in your room
6) Drink plenty of water - 6 - 8 glasses or more
6) Regular exercises (as you do maintain it), will take care of any related problems

Don't worry. cheer up.
