What is the best mega charizard X deck for the Pokemon trading card game?
A Charizard X deck huh? I’m going to assume you’re playing the Expanded format since that’s the only format that any of his cards are valid in.Here are both of the Mega Charizard X cards(I apologize for the sizing difference by the way, there’s no way for me to really get around that)First let’s talk about raw individual strength:Even though that 300 damage attack looks amazing, the conditions to perform that attack are kind of ridiculous. Two fire energy and one dark energy! That energy cost makes it a bit niche since it’ll only be able to get that energy if you have both fire and dark type energies on your team, and Fire+Dark decks aren’t all that common. Second, look at what it does. It discards FIVE cards from the top of your deck. You’ll have to get lucky and get the right energy you need, PLUS the Charizard EX, PLUS this card if you don’t want to lose by running out of cards. Even if you have Trainer cards you can use, you’ll be using a lot of cards just to set it up. And there really is no viable option you can use to prevent a deck out due to the massive amount of cards you’ll be losing per turn.The second one is a much better compared to the first. The energy cost is still relatively high, and the damage output isn’t great compared to GX cards and some other cards, but you can use a double energy and two fires. If you do that:The probability you will do 100 damage is 25%The probability you will do 150 damage is 50%The probability you will do 200 damage is 25%Those are some decent numbers, but we need to talk about another factor.Team Synergy:The 1st card: We talked about this a lot earlier, and I don’t want to be repetitive so simply put, if you use this card a lot you will run out of cards. Don’t use it. There is no viable deck for it.The 2nd card: It has no secondary effect, but it does a fair amount of damage if you can set it up correctly, which you can using Volcanion. Can I get Mega Charizard X in Pokemon Y?
I am getting Pokemon Y and my only trade off is that I can't get Mega Charizard X So basically, is there a way I can evolve Charizard into Mega Charizard X in Pokemon Y? Or am I only allowed to evolve him into Mega Charizard Y?
Charizardite X in Pokemon Y?
I want both of the mega stones for charizard and I picked pokemon y. How can you get the charizardite x in pokemon y without trading? If you can't, what is the simplest way to get one through trade because all my friends have y and I'm not willing to trade any mega stones. Also, I hear that you can buy the remaining mega stones of the Kanto starters you didn't pick in lumiose city. If I picked charmander and got the charizardite y with it, can I buy the charizardite x from the guy in lumiose city since I didn't get it already?
Can I get a Charzardite Y?

does mega charizard (x and y) learn any moves after evolution? and can either form learn from TM's or HM's that charizard cannot? I cannot find much information on the mega evolution stuff
What are the best methods to create the strongest Mega Charizard X in Pokémon Sun/Ultra Sun and Moon/Ultra Moon?
Get yourself a Charmander or anyone of its evolution line. Either trade or use Pokebank. You can get a get a Charmander in XY so breed it once and send it to Sun or Moon.Now, you have to get yourself a Ditto. Go to Mount Hokulani and find a Ditto. Keep false swiping it or use atleast one adrenaline orb. Go for a chain of atleast 40 Dittos and catch the 41st or 42nd one. Try to catch atleast 3–4 Dittos.Check your Dittos' IVs in the PC and mark it accordingly. If you have a 4 IV Ditto with perfect HP, Attack, Speed and Defense/Special Defense, start breeding it with the Charmander. Let the Ditto hold a destiny knot and Charmander hold the Everstone if it has a suitable nature (Jolly or Adamant).Keep breeding till you get yourself atleast a 4 IV Charmander with 31 IVs in what I mentioned above. EV train it as what you want it to do. I like to use 4HP/252Atk/252Spe.Give it moves what you want it to have.
