If you have the edit link that allows you to anonymously edit an anonymous question, then you can delete the question under the same conditions a non-anonymous poster can delete a normal question.That means you have a brief period after the question was posted and before anyone answers it. Even if there are no answers, there appears to be a time limit, but I have never heard any Quora employee state what that is, or anyone else report on any testing they have done.So if you have the anonymous edit link, and the question has no answers, and it has been very recently posted, then yes, you can delete it. You can only delete open question or answers, if they have gone to the vote or resolved they cannot be removed. The questions and answers stay in yahoo archive available for searching and browsing. only yahoo can delete them if the question/answer is reported.
