How Do Anorexics Look Healthy Besides There Weight

What is the fastest way to lose weight besides anorexia or bulimia?

BS. Natural juices have sugar also. And there's no proven link between juice and diabetes.
"Lots of water, 3-4 liters a day, not all at once, but spread it out. Its really easy to down a liter or two while your watching tv or on the computer."
More BS. No proof that drinking water is helpful. All this is good for is making you pee a lot.
"Also drink some after you eat the bigger meals of the day, it helps your body pick out the nutrients in food when your food is more spread apart."
WHAT?? This is total crap. There is NO evidence to support this BS. (where does she get this?) Your body does NOT need extra water to "pick out" nutrients. What an absurd concept.
"You also need to stay away from any sports drinks unless you’ve just had a long workout and then you need to limit yourself. Most atheletes mix Gatorade with water because its two complex for your body to get all the nutrients out of. It needs to be diluted. "
More crap and BS. The science behind Gatorade has been going on for 30 years and there's NO evidence of any "need" to dilute it. It works just fine as-is. Again, your body does NOT need extra water to "pick out" nutrients.

Don't take diet advice from uneducated 19 year olds. It's full of myth and folklore, sadly lacking in truth and science.

I'm anemic and I look anorexic. How can I gain weight?

If you want to put on weight, you should work out, to insure that you
put on muscle and not fat. Healthy weight gain, just like healthy
weight loss, takes time and requires a conscious effort to apply good
habits.
Recommended Ways to Gain Weight
Have meals with the right balance of proteins, carbohydrates, and the
right kinds of fat (such as unsaturated and monounsaturated fats,
olive oil, canola oil, pistachios, almonds and walnuts). Heinemann
suggests the following ratio: 60%-70% carbohydrates, 10%-15% protein,
and a small amount of fat.
Eat foods higher in calories, vitamins, and minerals, as opposed
to higher in fat or sugar. Pack more nutritious calories in each
serving. For example, you may add grated cooked eggs to mashed
potatoes, ground chicken to soups and gravies, cheese in casseroles,
eggs, and soups, and nonfat dried milk in soups, shakes, milk, and
mashed potatoes.
If you get too full too fast, try having more high-calorie foods or
slices of foods as opposed to consuming the whole thing (raisins
versus grapes, granola and Grape Nuts versus corn flakes, mango slices
versus the whole mango).
Limit drinking beverages to a half-hour before and after a
meal.
Drink mixed juices (apple/berry, peach/orange/banana as opposed to one
juice beverages) for a higher calorie intake. With moderation, you may
add in good fat sources to meals such as nuts, avocado, olives, and
fatty fish (salmon and mackerel).
Snack in between meals. Nuts, dried fruits, and yogurt
are good options, but it's also important to find nutritious foods
that you will enjoy. Have a nutritious snack before bedtime, such as a
peanut butter sandwich.

Any one else think Kelly Rippa is anorexic besides me???

Not trying to be mean or anything. I saw a picture of her a while ago where she was trying to look like Marlo Thomas from "That Girl" . I could not believe her legs, they were so boney and terribly thin. Seriously this woman is not healthy.

How to become anorexic??

Don't worry. According to the BM index for a female 5'3" at 130 lbs. you are the perfect weight. If you have loose skin try exercises like pilates wich will tone you up and firm your entire body. You say your fat, but I bet every girl in school wishes they had a body as beautiful as yours. If you do still want to drop pounds don't go ANY lower than 120 lbs. or your body and mind will be in danger and everyone at school will not look at you in envy but in pity. You will be called, toothpick, skeletor, Ms. Anorexia, and vomit breath..or some corny names like that. Plus you'll feel like crap. Everyone on here mostly has good advice. I only dream of having a body like yours now. I use to be your size and I KNEW I was sexy. You need to know that you are beautiful too. Besides isn't this so depressing for a 13 yr. old to have her mind on? Do you want to be like this when you're 20 or 30 when it REALLY counts? If you are trying to emulate some celebrity..take note that the sexiest ones that are your height weigh from 120-140 lbs. The ones being hounded for looking like road kill weigh less than 120 lbs. Just think, just a few inches taller and you would make the perfect supermodel. Take care of yourself and worry about intelligence right now..not looks.

Does anorexia make u loose ur boobs?

I'm 5'6 and 115 pounds and I'm thinking of starving myself for a bit to drop. DON'T TELL ME NOT TOO!!!!! ALL I NEED TO KNOW IS THIS: I have a 32DD, am I gonna lose it when I lose weight or can I keep my boobs and lose my other fat besides that ???
