How to fix low FPS on League of Legends?
Hi I'm trying to play League of Legends on my desktop, but my FPS is terrible 5-15. I turned all the setting down to the lowest possible and it went up to 60 FPS for a game remainder, but the next time I tried it's the same with all video settings on the lowest. My computer is 2.4 ghz, 3gb ram, 4.2 system rating. My graphics card is a Radeon 9800 Pro. Funny thing is my laptop is less "impressive" than my in almost every aspect except the processor rating and it runs LOL great. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks!

What is a game like league of legends but faster paced (not FPS)?
If you mean ‘faster paced’ as in game play and speed of combat and executing abilities, there is not much different between them. If however you are asking about the length of an average match (ie, not needing to potentially commit to a 40–60min match) then I would suggest Hero’s of the Storm by Blizzard.It is free to play, has pretty decent balance and an average match is around 20–30mins at the most!

Due to how the game is designed, it is more lenient on higher latencies (>100) without putting the user at too much of a disadvantage, as opposed to say, an FPS game like Call of Duty.Since it doesn’t do Peer-To-Peer (P2P) and is server-based, lower latency players are not at a disadvantage, but again, due to the game design, do not have any significant advantage over higher latency users, unless it’s really bad.Having a server ensures a single, non-biased (relatively) authoritative contact. The server will decide who hit who first, if a user did actually flash before an ult AOE was casted on him, that sort of stuff. This is different from a peer-based network where the host would always have an small but notable advantage.Every developer have their own special way of tweaking their systems to ensure optimal playability with as high a ping as possible. From fancy pathing prediction (To get a general idea, check out how Lawbreakers does it), to how many times information is sent to and fro per second (tick rates), the only way to know exactly how they do it, you’d have to talk to their engineers.In a nutshell, due to the mechanics of gameplay and custom netcode allows for the game to be playable as long as the user has <300 ping, and ideally, <100 ping, which is relatively good for an online game.
Between League of Legends and Heroes of the Storm which game needs better hardware?
