Okay so I've got this best friend. (let's call her Mary) shes smart, semi-pretty,skinny, popular, and for the most part has big boobs. Me: I'm student council president, smart, pretty, skinny, and I have a "nice big butt" (according to most people) (I'm not bragging, just giving you an idea on us) we used to constantly be laughing, have fun, telling jokes, and hangin out with our over friends. Me and her could be completely honest with each other and could ask fo advice if needed. But this school year (8th grade) she has changed.. For the worse. Now, she tries to be better than me. Me and her used to just be ourselfs around each other, but its different for her now. She always has to look better than me (which isn't a problem for her bc she's rich and I'm quite poor) and tries to rub it in my face. I try to ignore it but it hurts to know hat someone I'm close to hurts me. She gives me dirty looks all the time if I "screw up" or "being annoying" or even if I "don't look right". I am a very accomplished person but I don't like to brag bc I think it's rude. But if I'm excited about something good that I did, Mary would be the first I would tell, but there would be no congratulation. She would bring up herself and try to top what I say while giving me a "I'm better than you" look. She is also never happy and laughy and cheery Anymore. She hates when someone else (especially me) has alot of attention at the moment and eather tries to steal it or gets mad at me without telling me why. She treats many people badly now and there starting to notice. I feel like people are starting to hate me too, bc I hang with her so much. She has also become a bad influence on me. She wears shirts that show all of her boobs (more attention from guys) and has gone really far just recently with her now ex-bf. She will hit me and push me and slam my locker shut when I'm still using it. I tryd to talk to her bout it and nothin changed. I can't keep ignoring this. Please help me!!!

How Can I Get Rid Of My Girlfriend's Best Friend?

I've been dating this girl for close to nine months now, but I feel as if our relationship comes closer and closer to an explosive end everyday. My girlfriend's best friend is this guy, who I can only describe as a ghost. The two have been best friends since the seventh grade and we are now entering college. I rarely, if ever, see this guy, but apparently she contacts him everyday. When I do see him, he smiles, laughs, and acts friendly, but I have a suspicion that he doesn't like me one bit.

The relationship feels like a game of chess with this guy, and he has the advantage. When I don't tell my girlfriend where I am, she still knows because she contacts her best friend and he always knows! For example, I go to the beach with some friends of mine, don't invite her because it slipped my mind. Go home and then get a call from girlfriend asking why I didn't bring her to the beach. There was like one other girl there, and I've known her for a long time. No idea how he does it.

This guy has got me pinned, he's known my gf for years longer than me, apparently has contacts, and will rat me out whenever I do something that he deems wrong. Do I have any chance of beating him? I know I can't ask my gf to get rid of him. That's what he wants I think, because he knows that she will pick him over me at this point in the relationship. Punching him and telling him to **** off crossed my mind, but he's got me there too. If I hit him I look like the crazy one, he has never done anything to me personally and I have no evidence of his hate. Anyone have any tricks up their sleeve to make a move back at this guy? Help! This is frustrating! By no means is he scared of me. Help me beat this guy at his own game please!

My best friend has head lice?

Three choices for killing head lice:

1. The old reliable: nit comb and mayonaise. Works every time if you do it a couple of days in a row. This is the only treatment you can do every day for a week if you are afraid you might have missed some. You can even do it yourself. It's chemical free. Just avoid tangling your hair and don't yank, do a small section at a time. Some people use a pure white vinegar soak for 10 min just before doing this because they claim it softens the glue holding the eggs on the hair. Cons: time consuming

2. Permethrin products from the pharmacy (RID or NIX in the USA) usually applied for 10 minutes. Personally I spike mine with 2 tablespoons of SEVIN from the garage, but do some research for yourself before you do that. Cons: many lice are resistant to this chemical, and you can't repeat it very often

3. Ivermectin was cleared in the USA and Canada for use against lice (USA in 2012). Interestingly, Canadians take it internally, and Americans apply it topically. Do not take internally without a doctor's advice, it's too easy to miscalculate. But you can buy it from amazon.com and apply topically. They are not resistant to this. Cons: they don't recommend nit combing, say it's unnecessary because it stays residual for a long time, so as new bugs hatch, it kills 'em. So you'll be itching for a while longer. Maybe mix with a mayo/comb treatment after a few days.


The best way to avoid getting lice again is:

a. don't hug people... hair to hair contact spreads it

b. wear a swim cap when swimming, studies are unconvincing about whether or not it spreads in a swimming pool, but they definitely survive chlorine water, revive after being submerged for 30 minutes, and they definitely float

c. bring your own pillow to a motel, it's worth $10 to avoid a head full of lice, then stick it in the dryer for 2 horus before you use it at home.

d. if you are a child and play school sports, do not share hats or helmets, buy your own

e. cover the tops of chairs and sofas with towels and change every few days until the infestation is gone

How to get rid of my girlfriends best friend?

i have a great girlfriend of 6 months and things are starting to get pretty serious. everything is going good except for one thing, her best friend. her friend always seems to get in the way of things and start up drama and get my girlfriend mad or upset. i am feed up with it at this point, i tell my girlfriend i dont like them being friends but she says there always going to be friends. but when they fight they say there not friends anymore, but then they apologize and are friends again. its the most annoying thing in the whole world. i just want this to end and they stop being friends. how can i get rid of her best friend so my girlfriend and i can just got on with everything. and ohh btw every time her and i talk about moving the best friend wants to come with. so she wants to drive me crazy forever. please help me get rid of this friend get her out of the picture. Slept with my best friend, how do I get rid of the awkwardness ?

I’ve been talking to this guy for few weeks. We are not dating just talking. I did not expect anything from him on Vday... maybe just a text message or even no message. Instead the guy messages me the next day at 2am in the morning. Say happy Vday and sorry he’s a bit late...
