I must once again remind you to get at least 64 oz. of water a day to hydrate your body. Not only will it help you lose weight, it will help with other bodily problems and prevent some health problems as well. Get a bit more than 64 oz. if you will exercise. 64 oz. is roughly 4 normal packaged water bottles by the way.
