Masterball VBA cheat, Pokemon Crystal?
I have VBA on my macbook, and am running pokemon crystal. I can't seem to get the masterball cheat to work. I've cleared the ball pocket etc. I need an in depth description on how to do it, a video would also be much appreciated. So far I have found no tutorials that were helpful online. Thank you

Okay, so I've got the first three badges (Azaela, Goldenrod, and...Cherrygrove?) and I'm trying to get some medicine from Cianwood city across the ocean for Jasmine, the Olivine city gym leader, who asked me. Anyway, I taught my Psyduck 'Surf', but when I tried it, it told me I have to get the appropriate badge. But, you see, the Ecruteak leader, Morty, has been absent for about three days now (I don't know where to find him), and Jasmine is the one taking care of the sick lighthouse Pokemon, and thus won't battle right now. Then, when I counted the gym leaders in my profile, it said there were two guys before Jasmine, so who's the guy that I missed? (One's Morty, but who's the other one?) What stinks is I can't even check what their names are, so I can't help you any more than that; what I do know is that the last badge I got was from Goldenrod city, where I beat those frightening "cute Pokemon" girls. I'm at a total loss here, so if anyone could help, PLEASE answer!!!

It's in Ecruteak City, towards the north end. You know that little house you go into, where the monk won't let you pass? Once you have the Rainbow Wing, he should let you through.
How to get on third floor on radio tower pokemon crystal?
Unfortunately, you have a long way to go before you will access the third floor in the Goldenrod Radio Tower. Instead, keep playing through the game until you get seven badges, then you'll get a call from Prof. Elm. That's your cue to head back to Goldenrod; you'll find that Team Rocket has taken over the radio tower, and it's up to you to clean them out.
Legendaries on pokemon crystal?
Celebi can only be owned by going to a pok'emon event...better of trying to get someone to trade it to you....!!! To wake Snorlax in Crystal you use your radio not the Pok'eFlute... After catching Entei, Succuine & Raikou meet Usine in Celedon City's Poke'mon center..Talk to a Wise Trio member in the Tin Tower and obtain the Rainbow Wing which will make stairs appear that lead to Ho-Oh...!!! After you get the Silver Wing in Pewter City...Lugia can then be found in the Whirl Islands...!!!
In pokemon crystal to get hoho do you have to catch all 3 dawgs?
1)You go to GoldenRod City, defeat Team Rocket and the director will give you a clear bell. 2) Then, go to Ecruteak City and capture Suicune. Save the game before you go into the tower, just in case you kill Suicune. 3)After you catch Suicune, if you have all eight badges, defeat the Pokémon League and after that catch Entei and Raikou. (If you randomly came across them and they fled, go to your Pokédex and look up the area. If that never happened to you, and you don't know where to start, it'll be a bit more complicated. Entei and Raikou move everytime you enter a new city/town. What I did was I flew to Cherrygrove city. You know that patch of grass on Route 30? Go there and keep moving until you find a Pokémon. If it's a common one, go back into Cherrygrove and then again, go into the grass. Keep doing this until Entei or Raikou randomly appear. If you're daring, you can go duplicate your masterball that you should've recieved from Elm and use it on them and Ho-Oh) 4)Then, you go to Celadon. Visit the Pokémon Center and you'll find Eusine. Talk to him, and he'll tell you that he's gonna go back to Ecruteak. Stalk him there, and head for the Tin Tower. (By the way, you have to of have caught Suicune already. You have to catch all the legendary dogs before catching Ho-Oh.) There should be an elderly man there, who gives you a rainbow wing, saying "Take this to protect you". 5)Then, you have to go through the maze. (Walkthrough: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=REQQV0jg6dk) Follow the maze and get to Ho-Oh. Like I said before, you can duplicate your masterballs. (Look it up on youtube or WikiAnswers.) Or you can keep throwing Ultra Balls at it. (If you're going to do that, it's best if you have a Pokémon that can use Sleep Powder.) Matej is wrong, both Lugia and Ho-Oh can be found in this game; Lugia in the Whirl Islands, and Ho-Oh at the Tin Tower.
I caught a gengar lvl 31 in pokemon crystal and it has no hypnosis. how can i learn hypnosis?
Sadly Hypnosis isn't a TM or HM and cannot be taught. Your best option would be to go to the Tin Tower in Ecruteak City or Sprout Tower at night and catch a low level Gastly with Hypnosis and train him to LV. 26 and then trade him so your Haunter will evolve to Gengar. ALSO, definitely teach him ShadowBall, the strongest move you can teach Gengar in Crystal. And he can also learn Thunderbolt from the Move Tutor in Goldenrod, but he's only outside of the Game Corner on Wednesdays and Saturdays. PS- training your pokémon from lower levels will make them have more stats and be stronger and all around better. Don't catch pokémon at high levels and train them, they won't be as good.
