Does Palestine have an army? Are they fighting ISIS?
While there is no “army” there are factions. There is the Palestinian security forces which are In the West Bank, and Hamas which are in Gaza. Both don’t have the ability to attack ISIS outside of their territory because Israel controls the borders. There you go makes a lot of sense as well 3 Israelis killed USA and other countries urge Palestine to stop being barbaric but since the last 13 years every 3 days a Palestinian child has died in Gaza but nothing said. Some Muslim leaders accuse BJP as communal party because they refuse to accept Palestinians as refugees.Some Bollywood actors would say that India has become intolerant and they are feeling unsafe. Some journalists will tell fictional tales about how Nehru was so secular and tried hard to make India as secular country.

What is the difference between Palestinians and Arabs?
There is absolutely no difference whatsover between arabs and "palestinians". The latter is a political contrivation. Before 1948 when the country was known as the British Mandate of Palestine- the jews of the Mandate were known as Palestinians and the arabs were known as Arabs. For example Jewish soldiers fighting in the British army were known as Palestinian. When the British withdrew following the UN vote on partition into a jewish and Arab state- the Arab League refused to accept it and declared war on the newly independent State of Israel. The Arab League countries lost the war but refused to accept their arab brothers and declaring them "palestinian refugees". The idea being that instead of absorbing them into one of the 26 arab countries including Jordan (that also used to be within the British Palestinian Mandate) they were to be used as political pawns for many generations in the hope of displacing the Jewish state and replacing it with another arab state. The word "palestine" or Falstin in arabic comes from the word Philistine.But the Philistines who settled in Gaza 3000 years ago came from Greece and the modern day "palestinians" are in fact Arabs who originated from the Arabian Penisular. The Romans renamed it "Paelestina" following their defeat of Judea in the 2nd century after the ancient enemies of the Hebrews who had staged two rebellions against the Romans.
