How Do I Make My Hair Naturally Curly

How to make your hair naturally curly?

I was just wondering if there is any way to make my naturally straight hair, curly. By the way I have long layered hair. Any tips would be appreciated. Thanks people. :)

How do I make my hair naturally curly?

You can enhance the waves you have with various gels, creams, and scrunching. But you can not physically change your hair texture or curl/wave pattern. You hair also tends to be more enhanced if it is healthier. Try products for curly hair. Try to make them more natural. They tend to give you better results. Some natural brands I love include SheaMoisture, Bella Curls, Briogeo, and Maui Moisture.

Can I make my curly hair straighter naturally?

Hi Victoria,You can naturally straighten curly hair temporarily. Actually any type of hair can be stretched, lightly lubricated and dried to physically change the shape of hair.   A physical hair change means arranging hair in a wet or semi-wet state to prepare it for its new state once dried.  Let me explain further.Stretching Hair.Curly, wavy, and tightly coiled hair have a significant amount of elasticity in the strand.  These types of hair are capable of stretching and springing back to it's original length when it's wet.  Wet stretched hair can be wrapped around a styling brush or rollers (magnetic, velcro, etc.) and dried (with heat appliances or natural air) changing your curly shape.  Light Lubricators.Any product adding weight to the hair strand will minimize volume and hold the hair strand flatter.  Hair oils and hair butters are good lubricators.  An advantage of lubricators are they can be washed out when you no longer want them in the hair.  Curly hair tends to look dull and craves lubrication. You can expect shine from lubricators.Curly hair tends to reflect light differently. It is coiled and not flat under the microscope therefore seemingly easiest to show frizz.  Lubricators will help keep hair flat.  Here's a rule of thumb: the heavier the lubricator, the heavier the hair strand will be.  Physical Change Once Hair is Dried.Curly hair can be changed with heat appliances once dried.  Popular ways to straighten hair naturally are with blow dryers, flat irons, curling irons, hot rollers, as well as twisting, braiding or holding hair in place with a scarf/cap to force change.  All methods I've shared are good for women and men.  Naturally rearranging your hair strand is a better for your hair long term.Cheers to Looking Great,Eva Council Dupree

How can straight hair be made curly naturally?

I do not quite understand what your definition of nature is. Then I want to talk about my understanding of nature and some of my plans. What I understand is that nature is it does not harm the hair at all. So I talk about a few small methods that I have used, which I hope can help you. There are four methods that are no hot-treatment, which are very simple and practical.Natural twisted waveThis hair is actually more suitable for those who have full hair, and the hair is longer, the effect will be better. This kind of hairstyle is relatively simple and is very suitable for those who are afraid of trouble. Divide your hair from the middle into two parts, each part is braided from the side, and maintain this style for 6 hours or more. Then it is a very nice curl after being unwound, of course if you don't want the whole hair to be curly, you can just make up part of it and leave some straight hair.Flexible deep curlyIn general, deep curly still needs certain products to maintain, or it will disappear. You can try this way to get the effect you want after you wash your hair, which is to apply mousse and moisturizer to your hair before you roll it with a curling iron, and wrap your hair in a circle with a small curling iron, then fix it with rubber band. Finally you can see the good effect if you insist on it until the next morning.Body waveThe tool you need is a rubber band and a roll left after you have used toilet paper. This is very convenient. It may be in everyone's home. The method is also very simple. It is to divide your hair into several parts, which are wrapped around the roll, being fixed with rubber bands. You should keep this shape for at least one night, so as to have a beautiful style of curly hair.Curly hair style that can be done by handFirst you need to prepare a bottle of water and multiple hairpins, and divide your hair into many parts. Then roll these hairs in a circle around your fingers. Finally fixed with a hairpin, you can also choose different directions on both sides. Stick to one night, and unlock your hair card, and finally the beautiful hairstyle will come.

How can I make My hair Darker naturally ?

If you don't want to use any kind of dye (and henna/indigo is a dye) then you could try using coffee rinses, which will darken your hair temporarily. Use very strong coffee and rinse your hair with it several times, it should help.

How can i make my naturally curly hair look good at the beach?

I've always had really curly hair, and it used to be really frizzy until i started my latest hair routine.

What I do is wash my hair, first shampoo then conditioner (tresseme is best, the naturals range if possible) then, let your hair dry for about 3 minutes after it's been in the shower. You want it on the edge of damp, but it should still classify as wet. Use the same conditioner, my hair is shoulder length and i use about a table spoon of it, run it evenly through your hair with your fingers, making sure the particuarly frizzy bits are coated. You're hair should feel slightly slimy, but not really thickly coated. Now more or less straight after that, you want to start drying your hair using a blow-dryer with a bowl diffuser. Put your hair into two sections LOOSELY twist each one and hold it to your head with the diffuser. You don't want to make it completely dry, it should still be damp for the most part. After that quickly go over your whole head without the diffuser, again you don't want your hair to be completely dry.

It really is about timing and how wet the hair is at each point. After blowdrying it you can wait for it to completely dry naturally, it shouldn't go to frizzy. If it goes crispy you've used too much conditioner, but I find if you do it just right you get really silky curls. Each night plait your hair into sections, then plait those sections into one pig plait at the back, be sure not to pull the hair to tight as you plait it or it loses it's shape and comes out frizzy. I usually wash my hair every 3 to 4 days, as curly hair needs time for it's natural oils to build up. After the washing process the hair is at it's silkiest on the 2nd or 3rd day. Well I hope this helped!

I want to spike my hair but hair naturally curls? how can i keep it straight and "porcupined"?

i want to spike my hair butwhen i attempt to do it tends to curl. it gets sloppy with my fingers and the comb isnt very helpful. my hair is normally flat and i want to get it to go back or fro up instead of be flat so i can get that Spiked Porcupined look.

i heard using a Du-Cap or putting gel before sleeping with a bandana over it helps force it to come up after a week or so?

Blow dryer possibly?

Thanks in advance :)

How can I keep my natural hair curly when it dries?

Okay, so I’m assuming your hair type is somewhere in the 4a-4c range. This is because the hair type is coily and isn’t curly in fact. It has a definite curl pattern when wet, but without the right products and proper moisture technique, it will dry out and lack definition. My hair in the front and back is 4a. The rest is a looser curl, 3c. If I don’t moisturize properly, my looser curls will still have some shape but my tight coils have no definition at all, what you referred to as puffy. What I do to combat this is moisturize often. Here is my regimen. Every Sunday, I co-wash my hair. I make sure it is all detangled. Then, I step out of the shower and part my hair into 4 sections. I always spray my hair with water from my water bottle. Making sure the hair is very moist, I’ll take my Shea Moisture Curl Milk and rake my fingers through my hair, making sure it is distributed well and the curls start to bounce and get shiny. Next, you need to add a styler. This keeps the shape of the curl or coil and makes it last longer. Without it, your style won’t last past 1 day and you will have to redo it. My styler of choice is either eco styler gel in olive oil or my Shea Moisture Curl Enhancing Cream. As of late, it has been a life saver. I do the same method as stated above and leave my hair alone until it is completely dry. After it is, I’m left with a full head a beautiful, bouncy curls. This regimen can last for 1–2 weeks.Check out my YouTube channel where I actually demonstrate what I’ve just said above for a visual:)>>> The perfect wash "N" go <<<
